It consists of one room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a paddling pool and a shower. The room has three sleeping places (possibility of accommodating a fourth person) with a set of bedding and bed linen. The kitchen is equipped with: - a gas cooker, - a fridge, - an electric kettle, - a coffee maker, - a set of kitchen and tableware

The cottage has a TV and radio, it is also possible to use a wireless Internet connection.
Next to the house is a beautiful, well-kept garden with a set of garden furniture and a grill. It is possible to park the car on the property.
Nearby there are shops, service points, public transport - easy and quick access to the center of Gdynia as well as to Gdańsk and Sopot.
The proximity of the dense forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park and the Baltic Sea create a special atmosphere for this area, and the location in a complex of single-family houses, away from the main communication routes and large housing estates, ensures peace, intimate atmosphere, safety and pleasant rest.
