Domek StabolKolobrzeg, ul. Szmaragdowa 16

Welcome to STABOL House :)

We are open all year-round, both short-term and long-term rentals!

Very good conditions, high standard, competitive prices, exceptionally nice atmosphere!
Positive energy and peace guaranteed.
Simple, but it has everything you need.
I am for your service and will gladly recommend places to visit.

The rooms are independent, newly renovated (February 2021), each with a private bathroom.
Rooms available: 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed (with the possibility of an extra bed for a fifth person).
Each room is equipped with: fridge, electric kettle, TV, beach equipment.
In addition: a kitchenette and parking outside.

For an additional fee, I also provide transport services, both within the city and on longer intercity routes (e.g. Szczecin-Goleniów airports, Poznań, Gdańsk).

STABOL House is situated in a very quiet district of houses, Radzikowo III (distance from the city centre: 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by car).

At a distance of 200m there are: playground, pitch (basketball / volleyball / tennis), an outdoor gym.

Within a radius of 1 km there are many stores, bars, restaurants, eateries and various places serving hot meals.

Public transport stops 600m from the property.

A special attraction in this part of the city is a unique semi-wild beach, separated from all buildings by dunes and a forest (distance from the beach: 15 minutes on foot).

There is a promenade leading to the beach with a bicycle path, developed along the Baltic coast and constantly expanding. Bike rental is about PLN 20 / day.

Prices are negotiable for stays over a week. Children up to 5 years old 50% discount.
PLN 50-200 is a price range `` from - to '', determined by the period and length of stay, which means that PLN 50 is only the starting price, not the final price, obliging the owner of the property.
The price negotiated within the above range is a payment for 1 person per night, NOT per room, so this price will be duplicated adequately to the number of people. Similarly, it will be multiplied by the number of beds if a single guest requests the large room.

Check-in time is flexible, however, the check-out must be done by 12:00 noon (the owner reserves time to prepare the accommodation for subsequent guests).

Do not hesitate to contact me if you need more information or have special requirements - I'll be happy to assist (preferably by phone).

Thank you for viewing my offer.

Have a lovely day.

Bolesław
