Dziwnówek is a seaside, quiet town with a beautiful, sandy and wide beach, lots of attractions in the area, bicycle paths, etc. Domki Horyzont is a newly established resort (2021) built up with multi-storey terraced houses. The center is located about 100m from the beach, 70m from the forest and close to the center. It is a perfect place for families with children to relax. At the disposal of holidaymakers: barbecues, deckchairs, screens, and a playground available for our little ones. The area of the center is fenced and monitored. At your disposal, we offer 8 houses -6 two-story houses, with an area of 50 m2 + 8 m2 of a roofed terrace with a garden set. They are intended for a maximum of 7 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with rest (fold-out large sofa + armchair), TV, table with 4 chairs, coffee tableand an equipped kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, pots, cutlery, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, mugs) and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms, in one there are two single beds, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and another bedroom with a large bed and a single bed, additionally a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. -2 two-storey houses with their backs to each other with an area of 38 m2 + 8 m2 of a roofed terrace with a garden set. They are intended for a stay of up to 5 people. They have a living room connected with an equipped kitchenette, rest (large sofa), TV, bathroom and a mezzanine with 3 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, bedside tables. It is possible to equip the houses with a bath tub, a high chair, and a safety railing for stairs upon prior notification. "Domki Horyzont" Dziwnówek To make the rental of houses a pleasant and unforgettable memory of their stay, we ask all our guests to read the regulations. General provisions The regulations define the conditions of booking and renting holiday homes. Making a reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the time of booking (30% non-returnable advance payment of the price of the stay), the lease agreement is considered concluded. Reservation and payment terms Reservation inquiries can be made by phone, e-mail or via the form on the website. The agreed preliminary reservation (by phone or e-mail) must be confirmed by paying to Katarzyna and Mariusz Dulewicz ING account number: 33 1050 1360 1000 0022 9719 3738 the amount of the advance payment referred to in point 1 within 2 days (the date of entry into the recipient's account is counted) from the time of booking. Failure to pay in the above-mentioned period will result in the cancellation of the initial booking. In the title of the transfer, please enter: Name and surname of the person making the reservation, the agreed date of stay, number of people, telephone number and e-mail address. 1997 on the protection of personal data. The person making the reservation has the right to access and update their personal data. The payment of the deposit by the Lessor means that he accepts the subject rental regulations. The Lessor pays the remaining amount for the stay in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival when collecting the keys. The Landlord is obliged on the day of arrival to pay the entire amount due for the stay, even if the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened for reasons beyond the Owner's control (personal reasons, communication difficulties, strikes, etc.). In case of shortening the period of stay by the Lessor, the amount for the unused period is not refunded. On the day of arrival, a deposit of PLN 300 is collected, which is returned on the day of departure after checking the House. In the event of resignation from the stay for reasons beyond the control of the Center, the down payment is not refundable. Changing the booking date by the Lessor is possible without losing the deposit, only after agreeing with the Center, taking into account the free places.
Cancellation of the booking less than 45 days before the start of the rental or during the rental period involves the Lessor incurring a fee of 100% of the rental cost. The contract concluded between the Owner of the House and the Lessor covers only the rental of houses. It does not include travel, meals and organization of the time of stay. The rental price does not include the local tax. Lessor's obligations and accommodation Accommodation during the summer holiday period takes place from 16 on the day of arrival and ends by 10 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the person responsible for handing over the keys. Check-in in the off-season takes place at times mutually agreed. The Lessor is obliged to inform the Owner or the person responsible for handing over the keys at least one day before arrival, if the time of arrival is different than in the above point (4 p.m.). If it is not possible to reach the previously agreed time, the Lessor is obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for handing over the keys by phone. Check-in and check-out takes place in the House in the presence of the Owner or an authorized person. Please inform the Owner of the time of departure in advance in order to enable the efficient collection of the cottage. When collecting the keys to the cottage, the Landlord presents an identity document, enabling the representative of the Owner of the Summer Houses to confirm the data. In the event of losing the keys to the House, the Landlord is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100. The Lessor may not lend or sublet the Summer House to other persons. The number of people who are to live in the Summer House is limited to that specified in the offer. The landlord is obliged to provide the data of people using the rented facility. If the number of people using the Summer House declared in the application form is exceeded (without the consent and knowledge of the owner or an authorized person), the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with all the consequences without having to return the previously paid fee. The price of services provided by the owners of HORYZONT Summer Houses does not include insurance. The services are used by the Lessor at their own risk. The owner of the HORYZONT Summer Houses is not responsible for sustained injuries, damage and destruction of property (damage caused to health and property of a third person), also for theft of luggage, valuable items, theft of cars left in the resort's parking lot, etc. during the entire stay. The resort is not responsible for the safety of children on the playground. The use of the playground is only for children under the supervision of an adult. The landlord is obliged to pick up the House upon arrival, but before moving in, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cubicle and other devices in the House. Comments on damages should be reported immediately to the Owner. No comments from the Lessor regarding such damage until the end of the day, i.e. until 22:00 after receiving the keys means that the Lessor has no objections to the entire premises, and that all appliances and furniture are in the quantity consistent with the list of equipment and in good condition.
The landlord is financially responsible for damage caused by his fault in the House during his stay and agrees that all repairs of damage, supplementing shortages in equipment or removing defects are made at his expense or to pay compensation fully covering the value of the losses suffered, at the latest on the day of departure, in cash to the Owner or the person responsible for the keys. The owner of the damaged property decides on the method of compensation. Any defects in the equipment and property resulting from use should be reported immediately to the Owner. The use of the cottage during the stay in the Summer House is strictly forbidden to smoke or fry fish. Due to the fire protection requirements, any attempts to smoke in the House may result in the immediate termination of the contract without the possibility of recovering money for the unused period of stay. Parking cars is possible only in a specially designated place or another place indicated by the Owner. One parking space per cottage is included in the price. It is forbidden to wash and charge vehicles in the resort. In the event that the Lessor significantly violates the peace and / or good of the neighbors and does not comply with the commonly used standards of coexistence between people, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the Lessor's stay in the House and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay. If the Owner or the person responsible for the keys is forced to reasonably intervene by calling the police, the Owner has the right to terminate the contract immediately and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay. The landlord is obliged to pay special attention to the proper operation of water valves and electrical devices constituting the facility's equipment and report any irregularities noticed. Due to the fire protection requirements, it is forbidden to: use any instruments or apparatus powered by electricity or gas that are not the equipment of these rooms and that may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, heaters, gas burners. bring in flammable materials, explosives and materials with unpleasant odors. lighting a fire or barbecue and using open fire outside the designated area. The landlord is responsible for any damage caused by accompanying persons. The landlord is obliged to keep order in the Summer House, as well as to return the House in the same condition, which includes before departure, in particular: leaving the kitchen utensils washed, cleaning the house with the terrace, including taking out the rubbish. The owner is not responsible for the temporary inconvenience of independent suppliers caused by, for example, temporary lack of water, electricity, Internet, TV. We do not accept animals staying in the Center. Final provisions 43. The law applicable to disputes between the Owner and the Lessor is Polish law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and in the event of a misunderstanding, the competent court will be the court competent for the seat of the Owner. Cases not included in the regulations are regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code
