Our offer includes two beautifully situated, two-story summer houses, each with an area of 70 square meters, for up to 6 people + 2 extra beds. There are two double bedrooms upstairs in each of the houses. In May, June and September, apart from long weekends, the price is to be agreed after prior telephone contact. The deposit for the house is 500 zlotys, returned on departure. Rental payment is made on arrival. After booking, you must make a deposit of 20% within 3 days from the date of booking. The facility accepts pets. Regulations for the use of VICTORIA and WICHURA holiday cottages 1. Persons staying on the premises of the VICTORIA facility are obliged to comply with these Regulations, as well as the provisions on safety and fire protection, the principles of good neighborliness and to behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of other people.
2. Violation of any of the provisions of these Regulations may constitute a basis for refusing to conclude or immediately terminate the holiday home rental agreement without the right to reimburse the amounts paid to the owner of the Facility. 3. Registered persons are entitled to use the holiday home. A maximum of 6-8 people can live in the cottage. 4. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 the next day. In special cases, other times can be set. 5. The payment of the deposit is tantamount to the Customer's acceptance of these Regulations. By paying the down payment, the customer also declares that he knows the location of the booked house. 6. It is possible to extend the stay beyond the agreed period, if no reservation was made outside the agreed period. 7. The house is reserved after the payment of a deposit constituting 20% - 30% of the total amount due. The payment of the deposit is also the acceptance of the regulations. The remainder of the stay must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Failure to use any of the services by the Guest does not entitle him to demand a refund of the amount paid. 8. In the event of cancellation of the Reservation on the terms specified in the confirmation of the Reservation, the down payment made by the Customer is not refundable. 9. Accommodation takes place on the basis of an ID document and signing a rental agreement. 10. There is a deposit in the amount of PLN 300-500 / house, which will be returned on the day of departure. 11. The Lessee may not transfer or make the house available to third parties; the house cannot be inhabited by more people than the number reported when booking. 12. Bed linen is provided in the cottage for one rental period. 13. The houses are handed over to the guests for use and collected by the owner upon departure. Please inform us about the time of departure in advance in order to enable the owner to pick up the cottage efficiently. 14. The cottages are always clean and such should be left after your stay. We throw away all segregated rubbish on our own. 15. Please check the actual condition of the equipment located in the cottage. In the event of any damage to the equipment (beds, tables, wardrobes, cabinets, chests of drawers, RTV equipment, bathroom equipment), this fact should be reported to the owner within the first hour of stay. In the case of comments and reservations regarding the level of services, the functioning of the house's appliances and equipment, cleanliness and order, the Guest is asked to inform the owner about it and request remedial measures. 16. The tenant is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him during the term of the rental agreement. 17. repair / replacement. Financial compensation for the above-mentioned repair / replacement will be charged according to the repair costs and must be paid no later than on the day of departure. 18. Due to the fact that the parents bear responsibility for the safety and for any consequences of their children's actions, we would like to ask for increased care for them. 19. 21. The owner is not responsible for items left in the house. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when leaving the house. 22. The stay of dogs in the house is allowed only with a valid vaccination certificate, in a muzzle and on a leash. Dog owners are asked to clean up their excrements. The presence of animals must not disturb the rest of others. 23. Inhabitants of the holiday home may park their cars only at the cottage. The parking space at the cottage is an unguarded place, the owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property left in them. 24. Due to the wooden structure of the house, fire protection rules must be followed. It is not allowed to leave open fire unattended (kitchenette), do not use electric heating devices or other devices that may cause a fire hazard. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use electrical devices that are not part of the house's equipment in the cottage. 25. Burning barbecues and bonfires, only in a designated area. 26.
