We offer you for rent 3 new (commissioned in 2020) wooden houses, located in the picturesque, quiet and peaceful village of Jezierzany - only approx. 2.8 km from the Baltic Sea and approx. 150 m from Lake Wicko, where there is a pier viewing (there is a possibility of fishing after paying). Jezierzany is an ideal place for relaxation, especially for families, and for active holidays. There is a marked bicycle trail in the area to Jarosławiec and the surrounding area. At a distance of approx. 200 m there is a bicycle, pedal boat and canoe rental, and you can also use a surfing school. At guests' disposal: fireplace, parking, playground for children with a children's house, trampoline, ball net, barbecue at each house, is a one-story house, max. 7-bed room with a usable area of approx. 36 m2, where there are: - lockable bedroom No. 1 (bed 140x200, wardrobe) - closed bedroom No. 2 (bunk triple bed, chest of drawers)- living room with an equipped kitchenette (2-seater sofa, table, TV, table with chairs, electric fireplace, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, induction hob, kettle, etc.) Bathroom - with a window, shower cubicle, washbasin with a cupboard, toilet , an electric heater. Terrace - equipped with a set of garden furniture and sun loungers. THE FACILITY IS OPENED FROM MAY TO OCTOBER. Each additional person is additionally PLN 30. Regulations of stay at OW EKORAJ The day begins on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. and ends on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m. Check-out from 7.00 to 10.00 Check-in from 15.00 to 20.00 Stay in the summer period at least 1 week or a multiple from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide towels. Please add to the price: • Climatic tax according to the tariff in force at the Postomino Commune Office, • Returnable deposit, to secure the property, in the amount of PLN 200 (refundable on the day of departure after checking the house) • We add electricity costs in the amount of PLN 1 / sq m - we charge from the deposit. The condition for a full booking is a deposit, min. thirty%. The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge at least 90 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival or fails to show up at the property, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The above does not apply to payment for the reservation with a Tourist Voucher - an advance payment with a Tourist Voucher is not refundable. The rest of the payment for the stay, the climate tax and the returnable deposit is collected in cash on the day of arrival upon handing over the keys to the house. The landlord is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault. Any defects in equipment and property resulting from use should be reported immediately to the owner of the resort. It is forbidden to smoke tobacco, candles and fry fish in houses. There are electric fireplaces in the cabins and it is strictly forbidden to use any kind of stove or stove. The owner of the resort is not responsible for damaged property, i.e. parked cars and valuables left in the houses. Please close the windows and doors when leaving the house. Responsibility for children using the playground lies solely with their parents or guardians. Lighting the grill, for safety reasons, is only possible outside the cottage. Guests are required to maintain order and segregate waste. The number of people in the houses may only be increased with the consent of the owner. The owner charges a fee for each additional person. Reducing the number of people in the cottage, after booking, does not reduce the agreed rental fee. It is forbidden for third parties (guests) to stay in the resort. Children count as adults. Please respect the equipment of the kitchenette and not to rearrange wardrobes and other furniture.
