We invite you to a new, year-round house located in the Brodnica Lake District in the heart of the Brodnica Landscape Park.

The house and its surroundings are for the exclusive use of guests. We only rent the entire house.

The house is large, 87 m2 + attic. The house allows for a comfortable stay for 6-7 people. Guests have at their disposal a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a large porch with a barbecue. The bedroom has a large double bed, the living room is equipped with a double sofa bed and 2 fold-out armchairs. There are 4 couches in the attic.

The house is located on a large, independent plot - there is a lot of space around the house, a volleyball court, an orchard, a pond, and a barbecue. There is a playground for children next to the house - swings, a house, and a sandbox. The property is fenced and safe for children and four-legged pets.

There is plenty of space for bicycles in the shed. You can organize a bonfire.
The orchard tempts with raspberries, currants and gooseberries.

The house is 35 m2 + mezzanine. Guests have at their disposal a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 mezzanines and a large porch. There is a fold-out corner sofa in the living room and 2 mattresses on the mezzanine.

The house is located on a large, independent plot - there is plenty of space around the house, an orchard, a pond, a barbecue, a fireplace and beautiful forests. There is a playground for children next to the house - swings, a house, and a sandbox. The property is fenced and safe for children and four-legged pets.

The third cottage is located directly on the lake.
