We cordially invite you to our intimate resort located by the sea between Chłopy and Sarbinowo in the Mielno commune. The resort consists of 8 one-story houses located on a large, secluded plot among fields by a small pond. The resort was built in 2022. Currently, the last finishing and land development works are underway. Opening June 1, 2023. Price list: The following prices are valid when booking for min. 7 days and occupancy up to 5 people (including children), over 5 people an additional fee of PLN 40. per person per night. - from June 1 to June 17 - PLN 180/day/house - from June 17 to June 24 - PLN 220/day/house - from June 24 to July 1 - PLN 250/day/house - from July 1 to July 8 - PLN 300/day / cottage - from 08/07 to 19/08 - PLN 360/day/ cottage - from 19/08 to 26/08 - PLN 240/day/ cottage - from 26/08 to 02/09 - PLN 200/day/ cottage - from 02/09 to 23/09 - PLN 180 ./day/ cottage * Pets after prior arrangement and care provided by the owners of the pet on the premises of the resort - PLN 15 per day.* We add only the local "climate" tax to the above-mentioned prices; there are no other additional fees (parking, utilities, etc. included in the price). * Reservations in high season minimum 7 days. * Reservations must be confirmed with a 30% deposit paid into the account. The rest of the payment must be made on arrival. * The resort provides 1 parking space per cottage on its premises. If it is necessary to secure more places, please inform us in advance. The day starts at 16:00 (in practice, we put the houses at your disposal as soon as they are prepared - no later than 16:00 on the day of arrival). The day ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. The resort consists of 8 one-story cottages. Each house has 2 closed bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom: • the first bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and a chest of drawers; • a second bedroom with two single beds and a chest of drawers; • in the living room with kitchenette there is a wardrobe, sofa, TV set, sofa bed, two-burner induction cooker, dishwasher and large fridge, as well as complete kitchen equipment; • bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, sink and toilet. The cottages have a large terrace with a table and wooden benches. The cottage can accommodate 5-6 people. The large area of the resort and its location in a secluded place next to fields and a pond guarantee our guests undisturbed rest. The resort will open from June 1, 2023. Until then, a playground with a garden pool, swing, sandpit, trampoline and football goal will be built. Each cottage includes a barbecue and a beach chair.
