House IV 11-storey Słoneczna Street with an area of 70 sq m: (5 max 7 people) with a terrace and balcony: a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor (one double bed and 5 large single beds). The kitchen has a fridge and induction cooker, an electric kettle, a set of dishes, cleaning products. Prices from 250 to 400 depending on the date and number of people. Each house has heating and air conditioning and is located on a safe (monitoring + security) independent and fenced property in a forest environment for family or group stay.

The houses are located close to the center of the beautifully located and touristically attractive town of Rydzewo on the lakes Niegocin and Boczne (about 200-300m to several beaches) in the center of Masuria (WJM trail). In the area there are, m.in others, in Mikołajki, Giżycko, Mrągowo, Święta Lipka, Kętrzyn (Wolf's Lair), Ryn, Reszel and many other attractive tourist places. In the village there are: several beautiful, clean and public beaches with playgrounds for children, 3 shops, several bars, several stylish restaurants, fish fryers, 3 pizzerias, a sushi restaurant, a canteen, a cheap school canteen and 6 ice cream parlors. In many places you can use saunas, including water saunas and banyas. In the village, concerts of bands of artists take place almost every day in several places concerts of live artistic groups take place. In many ports there are rentals of water equipment, yachts, motorboats, jet skis, bicycles, electric cars, etc.
Not far from the houses there is a forest with many cycling and hiking routes, and the Masurian 300km Bicycle Loop runs through the town. *50 - large and 30 - small dog(s) stay possible (all our facilities are tightly fenced and there is a large space outside for the dog to run. Due to the wooden stairs in the buildings, it is forbidden to bring dogs to the first floor.
* refundable deposit 200,-/cleaning (and there is an obligation to clean up after renting - cleaning products are provided).
* barbecue in every house.
*possible return of the deposit up to three months from the date of the expected start of the stay, less the tax paid.
* prohibition of using airsoft rifles (gunmashine ASG) and other carbines throwing plastic balls,
* prohibition of climbing trees and picking fruit.
* it is forbidden to light bonfires, play football and volleyball, fill swimming pools with water from the rented house (it is possible to fill from another internal power source - after agreeing on the conditions).
* The municipality is subject to a tourist tax of 3 people per day.

The houses are equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi and all the necessary kitchen, sanitary and garden appliances as well as trees, shrubs and flowers integrated into nature. We have a view of meadows and forest, quiet and peaceful surroundings, and at the same time the proximity of lakes, including beaches and the center of the village.
