ROYAL AGRICULTURAL HOLIDAYS

We are Mirosław and Marcela Król. We live in the heart of the Augustów Forest, near the Królewska Woda forester's lodge, in the picturesque village of Sucha Rzeczka.

The Augustów Canal, well-known to kayaking enthusiasts, flows nearby our agritourism farm. One of the cleanest lakes in Poland, Serwy, is 1.5 km away.

In short, we offer the opportunity for a carefree vacation in truly royal surroundings—away from the hustle and bustle of the city, amidst the unspoiled landscapes of the Suwałki region.

HOUSES IN THE FOREST, OR ECOLOGICAL HOLIDAYS

We prioritize contact with nature. That's why we offer you rooms in three year-round, air-conditioned, natural wooden houses made of solid spruce logs, constructed using traditional methods used for centuries by both the Zakopane highlanders and the inhabitants of Podlasie.Wood, with its excellent thermal insulation properties, provides pleasant coolness on hot summer days and retains warmth in winter. Log houses have a unique charm—they are synonymous with naturalness, coziness, and healthy relaxation.

ANYWHERE IS GOOD, BUT IT'S BEST IN A LOG HOUSE – A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE FACILITIES

The centerpiece of the home is a bright and spacious furnished living room, the heart of which is a cast-iron fireplace stove, providing warmth on cooler evenings. In addition to the living room with a double bed, the ground floor features:

- a lockable bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet,
- an additional separate toilet,
- a fully equipped kitchenette,
- a refrigerator with a freezer,
- Cyfrowy Polsat TV,
- Wi-Fi internet.
- air conditioning.
The first floor, accessed by stairs, is designed as an open mezzanine with three single beds. The total area of the house is 70 m².

In addition, each house has a 35 m² terrace, where you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee or swing on the garden swing.

A HEALTHY BODY, A HEALTHY MIND – SPORTS AND RECREATION ON THE PROPERTY

The comfort and well-being of our guests are our top priority. Included in the price of your stay, we offer a wide range of attractions and amenities that are sure to make your agritourism stay more enjoyable:

- bicycles for children and adults,
- kayaks,
- table tennis,
- billiards,
- volleyball and badminton courts with equipment,
- children's playground,
- designated area for a bonfire and barbecue.

After a day of outdoor fun, guests can relax in the Finnish sauna for a fee.

Young guests are also welcome.

WHAT MAKES A CHATA RICH, OR... A FEAST FOR THE BODY

Podlasie, where two cultures—Polish and Lithuanian—have intertwined for centuries, is also a kingdom of flavors and aromas. And we are taking full advantage of this kingdom's bounty.

During your stay with us, you will be treated to delicious kindziuk—a traditional delicacy of our eastern neighbors, four types of black Lithuanian bread, and specialties from Augustów and the surrounding area.

We offer our guests individual meals for a fee—breakfast and dinner—or half-board, consisting of two meals:
- a buffet breakfast,
- a buffet dinner rich in meats and regional delicacies.

Meals are served in the 40 m² dining room located in the main building.

Aside from all the attractions, it's worth coming to us just for the food :)

PRICE LIST

House rental for 1-4 people:
- PLN 500 per night from December 24th to January 2nd,
- PLN 450 per night for other dates

Additional guests (extra beds):
- PLN 50 per night for each additional person (single beds are available for 3 additional people in each house).

Meals available in 3 options:
- breakfast — PLN 50 per person,
- dinner — PLN 70 per person,
- breakfast and dinner — PLN 120 per person.
