ROYAL AGRICULTURAL HOLIDAYS

We are Mirosław and Elżbieta Król. We live in the heart of the Augustów Forest, near the Królewska Woda forester's lodge, in the picturesquely situated village of Sucha Rzeczka.

Not far from the agritourism farm we run, the Augustów Canal, known to all kayaking enthusiasts, flows. 1.5 km away is one of the cleanest lakes in Poland — Serwy.

In short — we offer the possibility of carefree relaxation in truly royal conditions — away from the hustle and bustle of the city, amidst the unspoiled landscapes of the Suwałki Region.

HOUSES IN THE FOREST, OR ECOLOGICAL HOLIDAYS

We focus primarily on contact with nature. That is why we offer you rooms in three year-round, air-conditioned, natural wooden houses made of solid spruce logs, made using traditional methods used for centuries by both the Zakopane highlanders and the inhabitants of Podlasie.Wood, with its excellent thermal insulation properties, provides pleasant coolness during hot summer days and keeps you warm in winter. Log houses have a unique charm - they are synonymous with naturalness, coziness and healthy relaxation.

EVERYWHERE IS GOOD, BUT IT'S BEST IN LOG HOUSES - A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT

The centre of the home is a bright and spacious furnished living room, the heart of which is a cast iron fireplace stove, which is a source of heat on cooler evenings. In addition to the living room with a double bed, on the ground floor there are:

- a closed bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet,
- an additional separate toilet,
- a fully equipped kitchenette,
- a fridge with a freezer,
- Cyfrowy Polsat,
- Wi-Fi internet.
- air conditioning

The floor, which is accessed by stairs, is designed as an open mezzanine with three single beds. The total area of the house is 70 m².

In addition, each house has a 35 m² terrace, where you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee or swing on the garden swing.

A HEALTHY BODY MEANS A HEALTHY SPIRIT – SPORTS AND RECREATION ON THE PREMISES OF THE FACILITY

The comfort and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. The price of your stay includes a wide range of attractions and amenities that will surely make your agro-holidays more enjoyable:

- bicycles for children and adults,
- kayaks,
- table tennis,
- billiards,
- volleyball and badminton court with equipment,
- playground for children,
- designated area for a bonfire and barbecue.

After a day full of outdoor fun, those interested can relax in the Finnish sauna for a fee.

Your pets are also welcome.

WHAT IS A RICH COTTAGE, OR... A FEAST FOR THE BODY

Podlasie, where two cultures have intertwined for centuries - Polish and Lithuanian - is also a kingdom of flavors and scents. And we draw from the benefits of this kingdom with full handfuls.

During your stay with us, your table will be served delicious kindziuk - a traditional delicacy of our eastern neighbors, four types of black Lithuanian bread and specialties of Augustów and the surrounding area.

We offer our guests paid individual meals - breakfast and dinner - or half-board meals, consisting of two meals:
- breakfast in the form of a buffet,
- dinner in the form of a buffet rich in meats and regional delicacies.

On request, we prepare vegetarian dishes. Dishes are served in a 40 m² dining room, located in the main building.

Apart from all the attractions, it is worth coming to us just for the cuisine :)

PRICE LIST

House rental for 1-4 people:
- PLN 450 per day for 24.12-02.01,
- PLN 400 per day for other dates

Additional people (so-called extra bed):
- PLN 50 per day for each additional person (in each house there are single beds for 3 additional people).

Meals in 3 options:
- breakfast — PLN 45 per person,
- dinner — PLN 55 per person,
- breakfast and dinner — PLN 100 per person.
