Dworek Rousseau is a pre-war forester's lodge with two large apartments (for 6 and 4 people), a loft for 8 people, a mansard for 2 people, a cultural cottage (for 4 people) and a banja.
Attic

What does a mansard offer? As befits a mansard, it has a French atmosphere, an Italian coffee maker for your morning coffee, a balcony, a fireplace, and even a desk, if the Forest gives you creative inspiration... The mansard has central heating. We do not accept animals at Mansarda - we invite pets to the apartments in Dworek (U Zofii, U Emil, Loft) and the Cultural Cottage! (one-time fee PLN 100 - half of it is donated to the Ciapek shelter for homeless animals in Hajnówka)
Final cleaning - PLN 80 (one-time fee)

Apartment at "Emil's"

-2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds);
-dining room with a fireplace, music equipment and a sleeping sofa;
-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, large gas stove with electric oven, pots, beautiful tableware);
-one bathroom with washing machine;
-large corridor.
Final cleaning: PLN 150 (one-time fee)

Apartment at "Zofia's"

-1 bedroom with double bed;
-living room with fireplace and sleeping sofa (for two people);
-equipped kitchen/dining room (fridge with freezer, large gas stove with electric oven, pots, beautiful tableware);
-one bathroom;
-TOILETS;
-large corridor.
Final cleaning - PLN 110 (one-time fee)

Loft at Jan Jakub's

A new, extremely interestingly arranged loft with an area of approx. 180 m2 was built in the attic of the Rousseau Manor, the living room at the highest point is 7 meters high!
The apartment is ideal for 8 adults, heated by a fireplace with warm air circulation and electric heaters and consists of:
4 bedrooms
4 bathrooms
1 living room connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped (fridge with freezer, large, five-burner gas stove with electric oven, pots, mixer, beautiful tableware, bread oven)
2 mezzanines - one serves as a library, a quiet corner for reading and thinking, the other is perfect for a children's kingdom of games and fun...
Final cleaning - PLN 300 (one-time fee)

Cultural cottage

On the ground floor (approx. 90 m2) there is:
-functional kitchen with a large, five-burner gas stove, 2 ovens, a bread oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a pantry, a professional coffee machine, and tableware for 30 people.
- a huge room with an oak floor, a fireplace, with beautiful tables made to order from tropical wood, with a projector, a magnetic whiteboard, musical equipment and a fireplace
-Toilets
-gas heating and fireplace

On the mezzanine (approx. 20 m2) you will find:

-a small bedroom for 2 people, open to the living room - hidden behind a brick chimney
-bathroom/toilet

Additionally, guests have at their disposal: a binder with information about the area, maps and articles about the region, books, games and toys for children, a place for a bonfire, a grill, a swimming pool, garden furniture, and deckchairs.

Confirmation of the reservation is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the stay. Please pay the remaining fee no later than 14 days before arrival and send us the transfer confirmation. In the case of stays on Christmas, New Year's Eve and long weekends, the fee should be paid 14 days before arrival. Reservations made less than 14 days from arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.
We do not accept reservations the day before your stay.

LENGTH OF STAY:

- SEASON I: July - August, min. 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday
- SEASON II: April-November - min. 2 nights
