We invite you to the newly-built facility "DYCHNIJ SE" in Zawoja. Opening from 26 JUNE 2022. A 9-person house with a garden SPA zone located in Zawoja Markowa at the very massif of Babia Góra, in the center of the Babia Góra National Park. An ideal place for families with children or a group of friends to relax. We invite all those who love mountain hiking trails, communing with nature and rest in a secluded place where no one will disturb you. The house is situated on a spacious plot (720 m above sea level) with a large garden surrounded by a forest, which allows you to breathe the crystal air and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding Babia Góra. A great starting point for mountain trips - we are located next to the green trail to Babia Góra and the bicycle trail (50m). There are great conditions for hiking, cycling and skiing. After mountain trips or skiing madness, you canrelax in the garden SPA, where we offer you a sauna heated with a drink on wood and an 8-person hot tub with a jacuzzi. Such a rest in the vicinity of the mountains will certainly be relaxing and will improve your well-being and health. ABOUT THE FACILITY: The house has a modern finish, with elements of Babia Góra culture and folklore in the interior. On the ground floor of the building there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a kitchen, a vestibule with a comfortable wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. It has a large fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, toaster and complete tableware. A comfortable dining room with a large table where you can eat meals together, play board games or simply enjoy a good drink. A living room with a fold-out sofa, satellite TV with Internet access and an atmospheric bio-fireplace that adds coziness to the interior. The bathroom has a washing machine, dryer and ironing board with an iron. On the first floor of the building, there are three bedrooms with spacious panoramic windows and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two bedrooms with large double beds, coffee tables, pouffes and wardrobes. The bedrooms open onto a spacious panoramic balcony. One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a skylight, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a coffee table. The cottage is equipped with a hair dryer, cot, high chair, potty - at the customer's request. The house has a large, spacious terrace on the first floor with a beautiful view of the mountain. A large landscaped garden gives you the freedom to spend your free time. There is a garden SPA zone at your disposal (ie Sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, deck chairs, hammocks), a place for a bonfire and barbecue, a place for recreational sports (volleyball, badminton) and a playground for children with a sandbox and a trampoline. We provide free private parking and the availability of the owners. YOU WILL NOT BE BORED WITH US :-) NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: The place itself is charming in terms of the proximity of hiking trails. From our house, it is enough to get out in order to be on a hiking or bicycle trail with one foot. Nearby (200m), the open-air museum, Rowieńki, and the seat of the Babia Góra National Park. About 10 minutes by car there is the WOJTEK ski slope (Zawoja Chatoża) and a 20-minute MOSORNY GROŃ chairlift. In Zawoja you can also take advantage of the observation tower, mini ZOO, Daniel Park, rope park and attractive bicycle routes. Our place can also be a base for the Orawa Lake (about 40 minutes), Mucharskie Lake (30 minutes) or the Energylandia amusement park in the Zator ( 50 min) PRICE LIST: HIGH SEASON price per night PLN 650 (max. 9 people) price includes unlimited access to the SPA zone LOW SEASON price per night PLN 600 (max. 9 people) price includes unlimited access to the SPA zone Price list does not apply to the period THE WORLD OF CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE (price determined individually) The condition for confirming the reservation is a 30% advance payment after making the initial reservation. The advance payment is forfeited in full if you do not use your stay. Returnable deposit charged on arrival in the amount of PLN 500. WE ACCEPT stay with pets after prior arrangement.
