Hostel Omega is a historical place on the map of Rzeszów.
Here is one of the oldest hotel facilities in the history of Rzeszów.

It owes its beginning of hotel services to Baron Stefan De Roppa, who was a descendant of a landed gentry family from Inflanty. This man was a highly educated person, he had many contacts all over the world in the aristocratic, scientific, economic and government spheres.

The Baron was most likely prompted to build the hotel facility by the prospects of the development of the city of Rzeszów.

In the following decades, Rzeszów showed its potential and the hotel would certainly bring great profits. All plans and intentions were interrupted by the outbreak of war in 1939. The Baron was in New York at that time and did not return to Poland and the hotel was taken over by the Germans and called "Hotel REICHSHOF"

Today, under the name "Hostel Omega", accommodation services are still offered. The atmosphere of this place definitely pays tribute to the old times of the Polish People's Republic, which was a very important period in the history of Poland. Due to the imposed communist system, reality changed for many millions of people. The building retained basic elements reflecting the old times, such as staircases, corridors, railings, and floors.If you want to remember the old days or feel their atmosphere, you definitely have to come here! This is the perfect place to stay in the city center. The hostel has been located in the immediate vicinity of the PKP and PKS stations and the popular Shopping Malls for centuries.

Thanks to the excellent communication, you can get to all parts of the city from this place.

There are many shops, bars, restaurants, and various services near the hostel.

The hostel provides accommodation in 1, 2, 3, 4, and even 6-person rooms.

In the central part of the building, there are bathrooms located on each floor with separate cubicles with toilets and showers.

Some of the rooms have been arranged in a minimalist way to fully reflect the historical era, some have been improved to meet the needs of today's demanding times.
The hostel has about 50 beds.
A small lounge with a kitchenette has been made available to our guests, where you can prepare meals.
