Our complex consists of 9 modern, two-story, air-conditioned houses, each with an area of 60 m², ideal for up to 6 people. On the ground floor of each house, there is a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a TV (satellite TV), a comfortable, fold-out 2-person sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom. From the ground floor, there is direct access to a terrace with a large table and chairs, sun loungers, and a sunshade sail, providing shade on hot days.
On the upper floor, guests have access to two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm).

Amenities on the Property:
Playground for children: The property, with numerous green plantings, features a playground, freestanding hammocks, large tables with benches for feasting, and charming hammocks hung on pines growing at the back of the property.
Attractions for the youngest: Each house has coloring books, playing cards, and crayons—perfect for boredom and bad weather.
Bike racks: In the front part of the property, we have prepared bike racks for guests.
Additional equipment: Guests have access to towels, bed linen, windbreaks, blankets for cool evenings, bicycles, board games, beach carts, and Nordic walking poles.

Stay with a Pet:
We love animals and understand their needs, so we invite you to bring your pets! The complex is fenced, and each house has a bowl and an emergency roll of bags for furry friends. We do not charge extra for pets and do not ask about the breed or size of the four-legged friend—we only ask that you clean up after your pets.

Surroundings:
Lubiatowo is a picturesque seaside village on the Baltic coast that captivates with its idyllic atmosphere. It is an excellent place for a vacation for families with children, couples, and groups of friends. The beaches in Lubiatowo are wide, sandy, and impressive with their natural, uncrowded character. The path to the beach leads through beautiful pine forests, making the walk to the beach a pleasure. In the village center, there are local shops with daily groceries. Lubiatowo also offers several cozy restaurants where you can taste regional dishes and fresh fish from the Baltic Sea.

Minimum stay: 3 nights in July and August, 2 nights in other months
Advance payment: 30% of the total amount for the stay upon booking
Tourist tax: 2 PLN/person/day (Resolution No. XLVI/353/2022 of the Choczewo Municipal Council)
