Apartment "Kamienica" is, as the name suggests, located in a beautiful neo-Renaissance tenement house next to the Parsęta river, with a view of the cathedral and the river. It will be a real treat for lovers of tenement houses. The apartment is located at Szpitalna 2b, on the third floor of the building. The location allows you to enjoy all the charms of the city, the beach is just a 15-minute walk, the center 5 minutes, Kaufland 3 minutes. Free parking next to the building behind the barrier that opens with a remote control (there are always free spaces). The apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and hall. One room has a double bed and the other has a corner sofa bed.
Living room - corner sofa bed 150x200 with bedding for two people, TV.
Bedroom - a double bed 160x200 with bedding.
The kitchen is equipped with the necessary tools for preparing meals, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with a large freezer compartment, dishwasher, table and chairs for four people, coffee, tea, sugar, spices.
Dining room - large table with space for 4 people.
Bathroom-towels, hair dryer.
Hallway - large wardrobe and shoe cabinet.
We accept pets, large and small.
There is a monitored bicycle parking right next to the building.
The apartment is also equipped with: a screen, a vacuum cleaner and other items for keeping the apartment clean.
Prices:
-day in the high season July-August-350 PLN (except for the Sunrise period)
-May-June- 200-300 PLN (depending on the number of people and the length of stay)
-September-October-200-300 PLN (depending on the number of people and the length of stay).
The rest of the months PLN 150.
On public holidays, picnics, long weekends, prices are the same as in high season.
The hotel day starts at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cleaning price is the apartment is PLN 100.
