A year-round house located on a fenced, independent plot of 1700 m². It is situated in a quiet area, lying between lakes - about 150 m. There are plenty of forests around the plot, where there are a lot of mushrooms and berries. Fishing is possible in the nearby lakes.

Whole families can relax in our house. Everyone will find something interesting for themselves. Many attractions await our guests at any time of the year. In the summer, bathing in the lake at a nearby private bathing beach or bathing beach with piers. We organize kayaking trips on the Wda River. In the cottage there are also 2 kayaks and a boat where you can swim without limits on our very clean lakes. Our beautiful surroundings encourage Nordic walking, and bicycle paths for cycling. For lovers of horse riding, horse riding at the equestrian center in Zdroje or Kalisz. In the clearing near the house there is a volleyball or badminton court, and in Lipusz there is a tennis court for those who love to play tennis.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) and a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. From the windows and the terrace a beautiful view of two lakes. On the premises of the facility there is: - a hot tub - a sauna - a garage available to guests. - laundry room - barbecue area, - hammock, - garden furniture, - sandpit, - bicycles, also for children, - 2 kayaks, - deckchairs - new boat, - swing. - ping-pong table - possibility of fishing after purchasing a permit. The house has central heating and fireplace heating. It is 1 km to the Wda and Lipusz rivers, 18 km to Kościerzyna, and 73 km to Gdańsk. The house is prepared for 6-8 people. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season.
