Sopot is part of the Tri-City, a city of many events, entertainment and attractions with a wonderful atmosphere. In the area there is the Tri-City Landscape Park with marked walking trails allowing you to admire the beauty of nature, the panorama of the city and the Bay of Gdańsk. There are excellent conditions for sailing and other water sports, the beach encourages lying in the sun. Despite the city bustle, there are many forests, parks, gardens, squares and green areas offering relaxation. Sopot has been a fishing village since the 13th century and a fortified town even earlier. Grodzisko dates back to this time – a fence of a Slavic settlement, which is an archaeological and natural reserve and a must-see. When in Sopot, you must also go to the forest opera, where international song festivals are held, walk along the pier, which is over half a kilometer long towards the sea. It is also worth visiting the beautiful city of Gdańsk and Gdynia with the Oceanographic Museum and the Sea Aquarium.
