As in previous years, we will celebrate New Year's Eve on the night of December 31st to January 1st. A Trial New Year's Eve may also be held... The event will be a membership fee: participants will be extraordinary members of the Association and will be willing to pay a membership fee (PLN 250) for the membership period (December 31st/January 1st), which includes:
* a multi-course meal prepared together, which may be delicious
* champagne-like beverage
* optional overnight stay on New Year's Eve
* attractions depending on the weather and mood: bonfire, drowning of Marzanna, dancing with wolves, "the old bear is fast asleep"
Overnight accommodations on the following days are of course available, but are paid for separately (PLN 45)
PROGRAM
Above all, we are preparing for a wonderful time together, feasting, singing, telling stories, reminiscing, chatting, toasting, conversations, discussions, and social games. We prepare meals together, well in advance and with careful attention to logistics.
Each participant, whether talented in playing, singing, or cooking, can count on special consideration.
MENU
This is for reasonable discussion, well in advance.
ALCOHOLIC
This is for those who bring their own. Alcohol cannot be purchased at the shelter.
CONDITIONS (Regular participants will be familiar with this)
The hut is heated by a stove, water from a well, a common room, a sleeping bag is required, an outdoor toilet is available, a 1km walk from the parking lot, and electricity is very limited.
REGISTRATION
To prevent a large group from dominating the event, we are limiting the number of participants to 6. Larger groups are welcome to participate in smaller groups. Those interested should register by email at jan.hasior@gmail.com, and they will receive detailed instructions on how to register.

CHRISTMAS TIME
We are traditionalists and celebrate Christmas on December 25th and 26th, with Christmas Eve – you guessed it – on December 24th. We are not planning a large party; it will be very intimate, and everyone is welcome, especially those who are hesitant.
Our shelter, despite its cottage-like character, is a full-scale shelter and operates under a shelter regime, meaning that everyone who comes will be welcomed, every day and at any time. This is an unwavering rule, with no exceptions, except for Christmas or New Year's Eve 🙂
The Christmas and New Year exception means that after December 22nd, confirmation of arrival is a guarantee of no rejection, and for New Year's Eve, you must also register. Exceptions to this exception will come down to final verification of the cabin's capacity.
In short: don't dampen the spirit during the holidays.
