Our house is located about 900 m from the sea, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, next to the Spa Park. The road to the beach leads through the park, which delights with its natural beauty and clean air. At the same time, you can admire beautiful old trees and shrubs. Nearby there is the Harbor Master's Office with a marina in the Northern Basin. We are close to the ferry port and the center. Biedronka and Lidl nearby. Here you will find many attractions for both children and adults who can enjoy the bicycle paths. Swinoujscie is simply wonderful with a beautiful, wide beach that you can walk to Germany.

We offer rooms with bathrooms for 2, 3 and 4 people. Each room has cable TV, Wi-Fi, a cordless kettle, a screen, a hair dryer, and we also provide dishes. There is a fridge, microwave and ironing board in the corridor. Double room additionally equipped with a kitchenette. For a family of 4, we offer a two-room studio with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with an unobstructed entrance. The apartment is comfortable and cozy.
A tourist tax is charged for adults and children, regardless of age, in the amount of PLN 5.40 per person.
