The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood of single-family homes near the city center and the airport. Nearby, there's a forest (10 minutes' walk) and a bike path (1 minute's walk). The city center and Poznań International Fair are 5 km away. The airport is about a 15-minute walk away.

There's a beautiful botanical garden in Ogrody (10 minutes by bus 729 or a minibus). Lake Rusałka is also nearby (about 15 minutes by bike).

Access to the city center (KAPONIERA RONDO, POZNAŃ INTERNATIONAL FAIR, PKP AND PKS STATION) is by bus no. 59, scheduled for 17 minutes, and to the city center (KAPONIERA RONDO, POZNAŃ INTERNATIONAL FAIR) by buses no. 48 and 77.
Buses no. 729 and buses run to the Ogrody tram terminus.
Nearby, approximately 3-4 km away, you'll find the Faculty of Social Sciences of Adam Mickiewicz University, the Medical University, and clinical hospitals on Szpitalna, Polna, and Przybyszewskiego Streets.The Lech Poznań Stadium, Poznań track, and arena are all within a similar distance.

The bathroom is shared and accessed from the hallway.
One car can be parked on the fenced property. Outside the fence, two cars can be parked (one behind the car parked on the property – in this case, you must agree which driver exits first and arrange the cars accordingly), and one car can be parked diagonally on the street next to the property, so as not to obstruct the exit of the neighbors across the street.
CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE PROPERTY OF THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOODS, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A FREE SPACE THERE.

I do not rent rooms to unmarried couples.

I do not process reservations on Sundays and public holidays, EXCEPT FOR HOSPITAL ARRIVALS AND OTHER UNANTICIPATED BOOKINGS.
