WE OFFER IN A TWO-FAMILY HOUSE:

*****ON THE 1ST FLOOR:
ROOM NO. 1 - with bathroom and balcony (12 m). The room has a bed (140 cm * 200 cm), a cordless kettle, TV with terrestrial television, a screen and a beach blanket. The bathroom is equipped with hand towels.
ROOM NO. 2 - with bathroom and balcony (11 m). The room has a bed (140 cm * 200 cm), a cordless kettle, TV with terrestrial television, a screen and a beach blanket. The bathroom is equipped with hand towels.

At guests' disposal (ROOM NO. 1 and NO. 2) there is a kitchenette with a dining room where it is possible to prepare breakfast and dinner. The kitchenette with dining room includes: a sink, a fridge, an induction cooker, a microwave, a cordless kettle, dishes, cutlery, cups, pots, a frying pan and a table with 4 chairs.
*****ON THE GROUND FLOOR: 1 ROOM WITH A SEPARATE ENTRANCE (approx. 22m). In a separate room there is a bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, dishes, electric kettle, cutlery, cups) and a room with 2 fold-out sofas (140cm*200cm). The room is equipped with: a screen, a deckchair and a beach blanket, and in the bathroom hand towels. Before entering the room there is a separate place for 3 armchairs and a small table.

An iron with an ironing board is available to all guests.

Disinfection in the facility:

washing of bed linen and towels at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees.

WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING SPACES ON THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE PAID PARKING SPACES AND PAID GUARDED PARKING PARKS NEARBY.

PRICES ARE PER DAY FROM 60 PLN TO 90 PLN PER PERSON IN A DOUBLE ROOM. A ROOM WITH A SEPARATE ENTRANCE IS PRICED 180-300 PLN PER DAY.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

The condition of the reservation is the payment of the deposit within 3 days from the time of the telephone conversation. The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival, in the event of cancellation of the stay on a specified date, the deposit is not refunded!
It is possible to change the date of stay to another, if it is available.

PLEASE READ OUR REGULATIONS, WHICH IF OBSERVED, WILL ALLOW EVERYONE TO HAVE A NICE REST

FROM 10 PM TO 7 AM, THERE IS A NIGHT QUIET. DURING THE NIGHT QUIET HOURS, PERSONS USING THE FACILITY ARE OBLIGED TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN SUCH A WAY AS TO NOT DISTURB THE PEACE OF OTHER GUESTS.

THE HOTEL DAY BEGINS AT 1 PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND ENDS AT 10 AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

THE STAY FEE IS COLLECTED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION DURING THE STAY THE FEE IS NOT REFUNDED.

DUE TO THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, THERE IS A TOTAL PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN ALL OF ITS ROOMS. SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE BALCONIES AND IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE FACILITY.

ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION OF STAYING PERSONS NOT ACCOMMODATED (VISITS PROHIBITION).

DUE TO FIRE PROTECTION AND GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE IN THE ROOMS: RADIATORS, HEATERS, COOKERS AND OTHER ELECTRICAL AND GAS DEVICES THAT ARE NOT PERMANENT EQUIPMENT OF THE ROOM.

THE GUEST SHOULD NOTIFY THE GUEST ABOUT THE OCCURRENCE OF DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT IS FINISHED. GUESTS ARE FULL MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL DEVICES.
