Active recreation Nordic Walking Nordic Walking is an interesting and pleasant form of active recreation consisting of marches with special poles. Compared to regular walking, Nordic walking involves applying force to poles on both sides. For this reason, people exercising it engage more muscle parts, although less intensely. The muscles work completely differently than during a normal walk. Particularly: • arms strength and endurance develop, • burns more calories than during normal walking, • increases stability when walking with poles, • reduces pressure on the tibia, knees, hips and back, which benefits people with weaker joints and not strong enough muscles, • joints are relieved, which is especially important for the elderly. Thanks to Nordic Walking we can keep practically the whole body in good condition. Is a good way to lose extra weight. Under the guidance of an instructor, we can properly start the adventure with Nordic Walking. The instructor will help you choose the poles, teach you how to take the correct posture while walking and teach you the correct walking technique. In our area there are perfect conditions for Nordic Walking. The peaceful surroundings, beautiful forests, clean air, beautiful landscapes create the right conditions for Nordic Walking. Active Nordic Walking classes take place in and around Istebna. It is possible to rent equipment on site. The optimal exercise time for non-advanced people and beginners is about 3 hours. Hiking on mountain trails. The duration of the trip varies from 2 to 8 hours and the length is 6-20 km. Bicycle tours In our area there are great conditions for cycling. We can say that it is a paradise for lovers of two wheels. Numerous gold events and bicycle marathons are held here. Due to the undulating terrain and the large number of short climbs, even 20-30 km is enough to get tired and in this way, together with peaceful sightseeing, spend most of the day on a nice trip. We offer bicycle tours with a guide who will guide you through the most picturesque routes in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, choose the route and scale of difficulty to meet the participants' requirements, regulate the pace of the trip, tell many interesting facts, and local stories. You can rent bicycle equipment on site. The duration of the trip varies from 2 to 5 hours and the length is 20-35 km

Regulations of stay in the accommodation facility Noclegi Na Andziołówce 1. The accommodation day starts at 15.00 and ends at 11.00 on the last day of stay. 2. Payment for the stay is not refundable in the case of shortening the stay. 3. The local tax is not included in the room price. 4. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the facility / rooms. 5. The curfew is valid from 22.00 to 6.00 a.m. 6. Guests of the facility are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms. Injury means both destruction or damage to room equipment as well as their loss. 7. In the event of damage during the stay, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of its repair. Parents are responsible for damages caused by children. 8. The guest should notify the owners about the occurrence of the damage or about its finding. 9. Guests are required to keep the room key with due diligence. In the event of its loss or damage, the Guests will be charged 50 PLN. 10. The facility is not responsible for damage to the vehicle belonging to the Guest, as well as for valuables left in the rooms. 11. Guests undertake to use the facility only for residential purposes - it is forbidden to organize events in the facility. 12. In the event that the Guest significantly violates the peace and / or good of the neighbors and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of coexistence between people, the facility reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period. 13. We kindly ask our Guests to exercise caution and to act in accordance with the rules of fire protection. For this reason, the furnishing, lighting and extinguishing of fireplaces is the sole responsibility of the owners of the facility. 14. We kindly ask our guests to turn off the taps and turn off the lights when leaving the rooms. 15. We sort waste in our facility. We kindly ask our guests to read and follow the rules of waste segregation in our facility according to the attached diagram. We wish you a pleasant rest and invite you again! TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE STAY OF ANIMALS IN THE ACCOMMODATION ON THE ANDZIOŁÓWKA 1. The arrival with the animal should be reported during the booking. If the stay with the animal is not reported at the booking stage, the facility has the right to refuse accommodation and refund the advance payment. 2. The facility accepts only pets (dogs and cats) weighing up to 20 kg. The facility does not accept dog breeds considered aggressive pursuant to the Ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 28, 2003. The owner of the animal declares that the animal staying on the premises of the facility does not pose a threat to other people and animals. 3. No sick animals may stay in the facility. You must have a health booklet of the animal with the current vaccinations and a certificate of deworming. The facility may require the presentation of a health book upon arrival, and in the absence of valid vaccinations, it has the right not to consent to the animal being in the facility and on the property due to the safety of other Guests.
4. The owner of the animal undertakes to provide him with appropriate equipment, for example: a leash, a collar, a muzzle, a bed, litter box, food and water bowls, gravel, bags for excrement. It is unacceptable to use the towels and bedding provided in the room for the needs of animals. The facility does not agree to the presence of animals on beds, armchairs, as well as to taking care of physiological needs within the room and other rooms in the facility. The owner of the animal is obliged to cover the costs related to the repair or cleaning if the interior of the room is dirty (including carpets, mattresses or other equipment). The owner of the animal is responsible for cleaning up after it - in the room, common areas, and in the area surrounding the building. 5. It is forbidden to bring animals into the garden in front of the building and to the common areas inside the facility (dining room, kitchen, rest room), with the exception of guide dogs. Pets are allowed to walk inside the property at the rear of the building. It is obligatory to keep the animal on a leash in public areas on the property. 5. The animal cannot disturb the peace and stay of other Guests. Any animal noise should be kept to a minimum to ensure peace and privacy for other guests. 6. It is forbidden to leave the pet unattended in the facility and on the property. 7. The owner is responsible for any material damage and bodily injuries of guests and hotel employees caused by the animal. 8. The fee for an animal is PLN 20 per day. 9. When booking a stay in the facility, the owner of the animal declares that he has read the above regulations and accepts all its provisions.
