Welcome to the town of Ustrzyki Dolne, where there are excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and horse riding, and the nearby Solńskie Lake provides excellent conditions for water sports and fishing. The location and appropriate climate have a positive impact on the development of winter sports. In Ustrzyki Dolne there are 2 ski stations: Gromadzyń (1.5 km from the house) and Lawort (approx. 5 km from the house). Hence they are called the "Winter Capital of Podkarpacie". There are also cross-country trails. In Ustrzyki, as a small town, there are also recreational and sports facilities such as a swimming pool, sports hall, and handball court. The attraction of this place is the Nature Museum, where you can admire wild forest animals, including: bears, wolves, foxes, bisons, lynxes, etc. An important element of this region is the rich religious architecture. An additional advantage of Ustrzyki is the nearby border crossing to Ukraine, which allows you to visit this country. In this small town there are restaurants, a cinema and a pizzeria.
We offer you an apartment in a single-family house consisting of:

- one double room with single beds that can be joined as a double bed with a balcony, TV, Wi-Fi

- one double room with a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed, TV, Wi-Fi

- fully equipped kitchenette (plates, cutlery, pots, induction cooker, cups, fridge, table with chairs),

- bathroom with toilet and shower

There is a separate entrance, a yard, a fireplace and a parking lot at your disposal.

We also offer honey from our own apiary (multi-floral, honeydew)

Price: PLN 80 / person

The agreed preliminary reservation (by phone or e-mail) must be confirmed by paying a minimum 20% deposit.

24 hours a day from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day.

The remaining amount for the stay is paid in cash on the day of arrival when collecting the keys.

If the Guest shortens the stay, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
