Mrzeżyno is a seaside resort town in northwestern Poland, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Gryfice County, and Trzebiatów Commune. Located on the Baltic Sea, on the Szczecin Coast, at the mouth of the Rega River, Mrzeżyno boasts a unique microclimate and pristine beaches, confirmed by the annual Blue Flag certificate. Its proximity to the Rega River allows for kayaking trips. It is a summer resort with a seaside swimming area and a recreational and overnight base, used during the summer season, when tourism and recreation dominate. A seaport is located here, serving as one of Poland's largest sea fishing bases.
