It is possible to accommodate up to 6 persons in selected flats and selected rooms with mezzanine.
All rooms have balconies.

For the sake of the highest comfort of our guests, we kindly inform you that all rooms are ozonised before the guests' arrival. As a result, we have unfortunately had to change the start and end times of the hotel day.
Currently, check-in time is 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that due to changing sanitary recommendations concerning gastronomy, the form and the way of serving meals in our Pension should be established by telephone or e-mail.

Pension Magdalena offers accommodation in Szklarska Poręba.

The fairytale location of Pension Magdalena, in the surroundings of forests, with a beautiful view of the entire Karkonosze range, is a guarantee of peace and quiet and a successful holiday. At the same time, the distance to the town centre is a mere 800 metres, to the railway station - 500 metres, and to the nearest shop - about 400 metres. Right next to the Magdalena Guesthouse, there is a hiking trail towards the ‘Wysoki Kamień’ peak.
We have 55 beds in various rooms and flats.
Each room has a balcony with a view of Szrenica, a bathroom with shower and towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and Wi-Fi. Some rooms and all flats also have a fully equipped kitchenette.
The grounds of the Guest House are more than 4,000 square metres, within which, in addition to the hotel buildings, there are:
- a large, well-kept garden with a children's playground, a gazebo for relaxation and an outdoor ping-pong table
- a lockable car park for motorised guests
- barbecue area with benches and tables
- Billiard House with billiards, table football, TV and X- BOX console.
In addition, the guest house has :

Terms and conditions for booking in Pension Magdalena

Pension Magdalena accepts reservations by the following means:
-telephone
-by e-mail
-in person at the reception desk of the boarding house
1.Booking procedure.
The customer makes a reservation of a stay in the guesthouse by means of the above-mentioned means of communication.

A booking is considered confirmed after the customer has made a deposit (advance payment) of at least 30% of the value of the booked stay, within 3 days of concluding an unconfirmed booking.

In the title of the transfer, please write your name and surname as well as the date of the booked stay.
After crediting our account with the deposit (advance payment), the customer will be informed about the confirmation of the reservation by e-mail, telephone or, if there is no other way to confirm the reservation, by letter.
2.Cancellation of a reservation.
a.Failure to make a prepayment within the period specified in item 1 results in automatic cancellation of the booking.
b.In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded to the bank account specified by the customer.
c.In case of cancellation after the date specified above, the deposit will not be refunded.
d.In the event of a shortened stay for reasons attributable to the customer, the pension does not refund the cost of paid and unused accommodation. The customer has the right to a refund of amounts paid and unused, due to a shortened stay, resulting from additional services of Pension Magdalena such as meals, billiards, sauna, spa.
3.Payment for the stay.
The client is obliged to pay for the booked stay on the day of arrival, minus the amount of the advance payment.
The customer is also obliged to pay a mandatory fee to the town of Szklarska Poreba, currently amounting to PLN 2.20 (per person) for each day of stay, including the day of arrival and departure.
4.Privacy Policy
In accordance with the EU Regulation RODO of 27 April 2016, the purpose of which is to protect individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to regulate the free flow of such data, we would like to inform you that all personal data that is necessary to book our facility i.e. your email address, name, residential address, pesel and telephone number is used by us solely for the purpose of providing the tourist service.
We do not share your data with third parties except as a result of a legal obligation.
Your personal data is secured.
The data administrator is the company PHU Bławatek Barbara Kozak with its registered office in Poznań at Zdunowska 5 St. The owner of the company is Barbara Kozak.
The administrator uses your personal data only for accounting purposes and activities leading to the fulfilment of the travel contract.
Your personal data will be stored by the administrator for the period of time necessary for the proper performance of the tourist service and for the time required by law for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.

Information about your rights

The provision of personal data is voluntary. Any person providing his/her personal data has the right to access the data, to rectify the data, the right to restrict the processing, the right to delete the data, the right to object to the processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
The basis for the processing of personal data provided when booking accommodation in our facility is the performance of a contract, the details of which are described in the facility's terms and conditions.
