The Viki guesthouse is situated 80m in a straight line from the sea (5 minutes walk). In the newly built, all-year-round guesthouse, we offer you: - Cottage - it is a year-round, two-level apartment for 7 people, fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a fireplace and a 20-meter terrace with a barbecue. The living room has a 2-seater sofa bed and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-ring cooker with an oven, an electric kettle, a set of pots, dishes and cutlery. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom with a shower cabin. One bedroom has a double bed with TV, the other has two single beds. - Studio - It is a year-round, two-room studio with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a balcony. The living room has a 2-seater sofa bed and a TV, while the bedroom has two single beds. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, a set of pots, dishes and cutlery.- Room - We also offer a small room with a double sofa bed, fridge, TV and a bathroom with a shower cabin. No cooking option. - Rooms - for our guests we also have rooms for 3 and 4 with bathrooms, TV, balconies, equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Some of the rooms have a sea view. In the attic, we have a larger room for 6 people, standard equipped with TV, fridge, cutlery and crockery and with a view of both the land and the sea. * We do not smoke in the rooms. We do not accept pets. There are parking spaces and a general store on the premises. There is also a possibility of grilling.
