Our building is situated in a peaceful and quiet part of the city, at an altitude of approx. 600 m above sea level, on the slope of the Jizera Mountains under the Oprzeniec peak. Only 300 meters from the ski slope and the gondola lift, on the side of the Czerniawa estate. The area is rarely built up with small houses, which is characterized by lush vegetation characteristic of the Sudetes. The plot offers a beautiful view of the Czarny Potok valley, dominated by pastures among mixed forests. From the window of the accommodation you can see a roe deer, deer or other representative of the rich and interesting fauna of the Giant Mountains. The host of the building offers tourists a rest room for a family (3-4 people) with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The furniture is aesthetic and new, and the premises are spotlessly clean. The accommodation rooms are entered via an independent entrance through the terrace. Holidaymakers can enjoy a huge area of meadows and a private forest. The meadow is partly used for a small family campsite. The owner will provide horses for fit riders. It is possible to organize bonfires, barbecues and other forms of entertainment and recreation.
