The house is located at the foot of the Bialskie Mountains and the Śnieżnik Massif, on the outskirts of Stronie Śląskie in a quiet residential area, by the road to the Bear Cave in Kletno, 200 m from the hydroelectric dam on the Morava River. Our house is a great base for numerous tourist attractions on this side of the Sudetes: Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia, waterfall Wilczki, Garden Tales, numerous hiking and cycling trails (we run service and bike rental), the oldest spas: Lądek Zdrój, Polanica Zdrój, Duszniki Zdrój, Kudowa Zdrój. A short distance from our house are: Stara Morawa Lagoon (for lovers of water sports and sunbathing), horse stables (horse riding lessons, for experienced ones - horse riding in the area) 20-meter dam from 1933 on the Morawka river playground for children multipurpose playground "Orlik" tennis court at the hotel Morawa Ski lovers have a paradise for themselves here. In the vicinity there is a winter sports resort Czarna Góra (a complex of ski lifts, chairlifts, artificially snowed slopes, 4 FIS routes) and T-bar lifts and a 4-person cabin at the Kamienica Ski Station.They also invite nearby ski lifts in the Czech Republic (around 15 km). In addition, since the 2013/14 season, cross-country skiing enthusiasts have at their disposal almost 70 km of prepared routes in the Śnieżnik and Bialskie Massif. We provide service and rental of skis and bicycles (our guests can count on a 20% discount); in addition, the owner is a ski instructor PZN and SItn and gives lessons in skiing lessons, while in the summer he will be a partner for playing tennis. Also organizes group bike trips along the Śnieżnik and Bialskie Massif routes.
