Since 2008, we have been providing services in its tourist class and we already have a permanent group of satisfied and returning guests. We do not offer apartments, rooms with annexes or studios, but our accommodation is cozy, very clean, well-maintained, well-equipped and, above all, located in a very good location.

We offer:

-9 rooms for 2 people

-3 rooms for 3 people

-1 room for 4 people

- attic for up to 10 people (we do not accept youth groups and organized groups in the attic, only families with children)

In the area of the Town and Commune of Szcz-ca there is a tourist tax in the amount of PLN 4 per person for each day of stay, which MUST be added to the cost of the room.

Prices are negotiable only for stays of at least two weeks.

SEASON:

PRICES DEPEND ON THE TERM AND LENGTH OF STAY.

The following prices apply to a stay of min. 7 nights. The shorter the stay, the higher the price.
-double room: 110 (small) - 130 (larger) PLN per night

- room for 3 people: PLN 150 (smaller) - PLN 170 (bigger) per night

- room for 4 people: PLN 200-225 per night

- attic, depending on the number of people (max. 10) from PLN 40 to 65 per person per night.

The price of this room is negotiable for longer stays.

ON HOLIDAYS ONLY STAYS OF A MINIMUM WEEK AND LONGER. ONLY SHORT IN THE CASE OF "WINDOWS" BETWEEN TOURS

Stays of the "1 night" type cost: PLN 70-100 per person, depending on the type of room and date of arrival.

Stay for 1 night is possible only in the case of "windows" between stays.

OFF SEASON:

The following prices apply to a stay of min. 7 nights. The shorter the stay , the higher the price .

FOR WEEKEND STAYS ONLY, THE SEASON PRICE IS APPLICABLE.

-double room for 1 person: 70-100 per night

- double room: PLN 100 (small) - PLN 120 (larger) per night

- 3-person room: PLN 140 (smaller) - PLN 160 (bigger) per night

-room for 4 people: PLN 180-220 per night

- attic, depending on the number of people (max. 10) from PLN 40-60 per person per night.

The price of this room is negotiable for longer stays.

Stays of the "1 night" type cost: PLN 70 - 100 per person, depending on the type of room and date.

Stay for 1 night is possible only in the case of "windows" between stays.

We value peace and quiet, therefore quiet at night is required and respected.

ROOMS:

The rooms we offer have their own:

- bathroom (shower),

- balcony with tables and chairs (some balconies to the company with the room next door, but separated by a lockable gate)

- clothes dryer,

-TV-sat (terrestrial TV)

-cordless kettle,

-plates, cutlery, glasses (missing items can be taken from the annex),

- own small fridge,

- night lamp.

INTERNET WLan is available throughout the facility.

There is a library with books and a guide to Szczawnica in each room.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE meals.

At your disposal is a well-equipped common kitchenette on the 1st floor:

- a large fridge,

-induction cooker,

-set of pots,

-dishes,

-cutlery,

-Microwave,

-toaster,

- sandwich maker,

-cordless kettle

-ironing board,

- iron,

- additional large clothes dryer,

-hair dryer,

- barbecue utensils.

It is possible to park the car on the property or in our parking lot on the street (30 m from the house). We provide ONE parking space for each room, but we do not reserve them.

On the property there is also a gazebo and a grill (briquette and aluminum trays on your own). There is also a small playground.

ANIMALS:

We accept small and medium dogs and cats. The fee for an animal is PLN 10 per day.

In the case of dogs, they cannot be left in the facility in the absence of the owner and the owner is responsible (financially) for any damage caused by the animal.

We have our own cats, so dogs must be supervised so that they do not hurt them. Walked only on a leash.

POSITION:

Our facility is located in the central part of Szczawnica.

At a distance of about 100-150 m from the house there are: a small restaurant "ZajeBistro" and two large ones "Koci Zamek" and "U Polowacy" (regional cuisine), a grocery store, two bus stops (towards Jaworki and leaving Szczawnica) and descent to the promenade at Grajcarek.

On the promenade you will find shops with souvenirs and regional products, bike rentals and various dining options.

On the other side of the Grajcarek stream, there is a sports field "Orlik" (300 m) and a bicycle path that can take you to the border with Slovakia (about 2.5 km) and further to the village of Leśnica (about 4.5 km) or to the Red Monastery (11 km) .

It is a 10-minute walk to the rafting harbor (1 km), to the bus station and the lower park about 500 m, to the "Palenica" chairlift and to the center about 10-15 minutes walk (900-1000 m).

The farthest part is the health resort: Dietla Square, spa water pump rooms, upper park, Guest House - a walk of about 30 minutes (1.7-2 km).

In addition to healing waters, the so-called sorrel, which can be obtained in the pump room, there are three additional springs in Szczawnica: Pitoniakówka (ul. Skotnicka), Szymon (next to the "Palenica" lift) and Wanda (lower park). These waters are free.

When it comes to attractions in the area, we recommend:

-The trail to Bryjarka and Bereśnik (about 2.5 km)

-Zaskalnik waterfall on Sewerynówka (about 4km)

-The trail to the hostel on Przehyba (10km)

-The trail to the hostel on Durbaszka (about 8km)

-The Pieniny Museum in Szlachtowa (5km)

-Orthodox church in Szlachtowa (5km)

- Homole Gorge (about 7 km)

-Trail to Wysoka (about 10km)

-Biała Woda Reserve (10km)

-The trail to Sokolica from Szczawnica (crossing with rafters across the Dunajec River)

-Track to Trzy Korony (from Szczawnica through Sokolica, Czerteż and Czertezik) from Krościenko, from Sromowce Niżne or from the Osice Pass.

-Rally down the Dunajec River Gorge from Sromowce (end marina in Szczawnica or Krościenko), trip duration about 2.5 hours.

-Castle in Czorsztyn (15km)

-Castle in Niedzica (19km)

-Church in Dębno (22km)
