Pokoje Gościnne Pod Kotwicami invites you to relax by the sea. Our facility is located 150 m from the beach, in the center of Dźwirzyno (at ul. Rybacka 8). We are located in close proximity to a bus stop, restaurants and shops, 300 m from the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center with sports fields and playgrounds for children, 400 m from the post office, 400 m from the fishing port, 800 m from Lake Resko and the Tourism and Recreation Center Wodna "Blue Marina" with a windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing marina. In the town there is a post office, church, school, pharmacy, police station, rope park, recreation centers with swimming pool and treatment facilities, currency exchange office, ATMs, Czech amusement park and discos.

Pokoje Gościnne Pod Kotwicami are ideal for couples and families with children. The entire area is fenced and monitored 24 hours a day, with free parking spaces (5 parking spaces for 8 rooms).
We offer you 2 year-round studio apartments (for 2 or 3 people), 2-room apartments with a bathroom and a covered balcony (32" or 42" LED HD TV, fridge, microwave oven) and 6 rooms (for 2, 3 or 4 people) with bathroom, on the ground floor with entrance directly from the garden (32" LED HD TV, fridge, in rooms for 3-4 people, additionally a microwave oven).

The area around the building is covered with vegetation (lawn and ornamental plants). Our facility is located in a quiet neighborhood of single-family houses. We offer our guests a recreation area, garden furniture, barbecue, beach equipment and free Wi-Fi. We provide our guests with a free, safe bicycle storage room. We have central heating, which increases the comfort of rest outside the summer season. We offer a self-catering stay and there is no cooking facility on the premises (there is no kitchenette). Pets are not allowed in our property.

6 guest rooms (for 2, 3 or 4 people) with bathrooms, located on the ground floor, each with a separate entrance directly from the yard. A room for 3 people consists of a bed 140x200 cm and a bed 80x200 cm, a larger fridge (capacity 85l), and a microwave. Rooms for 3-4 people consist of a bed 140x200 cm and an extendable youth bed (2 single beds), a larger refrigerator (capacity 85 l), and a microwave. The room for 2 people consists of a bed 120x200 cm or 2 single hotel couches. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe (free-standing or large built-in wardrobe), 2 chairs, table, bedside table with lamp, 32" LED HD TV, fridge, electric kettle, tableware. The windows face east or west.

On the first floor of the building, guests can use only two year-round studio apartments (for 2 or 3 people), 2-room apartments with a bathroom and a covered balcony. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm or 160x200 cm) and a living room with a fold-out sofa. Each apartment is equipped with a built-in wardrobe, an armchair or chair, a table, a bedside table with a lamp, a 32" or 42" LED HD TV, a small fridge, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and tableware in the kitchen cabinet. We have central heating, which increases the comfort of rest outside the summer season. The windows face east or west.

Dźwirzyno is located 12 kilometers from Kołobrzeg, between the Baltic Sea and Resko Przymorskie Lake. The town is known for one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast and one of the cleanest sea bathing areas (Blue Flag certificate). A wide beach - made of tiny, clean and light grains of sand, turns landward into a high dune ridge. The dunes are covered with a pine forest, which is an attractive element of the local landscape. In 1978, Dźwirzyno obtained the status of a health resort. Respiratory and circulatory system diseases are treated here.

The construction and equipment of the facility was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget under the IROP.

The minimum stay is 3 hotel days.

The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. on the first day of stay and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay with the release of the room/apartment. Full reservation is made after the deposit is paid within no more than 3 calendar days from the initial telephone/e-mail reservation.

Payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival.

In the event of cancellation of the stay, the refund of the deposit paid is made according to the following rules: in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the holiday - 100% refund, less than 30 days before the start date of the holiday - no refund.

There is a bus stop, grocery stores, convenience stores and eateries nearby.

There is a port in Dźwirzyno where you can take advantage of the offer of numerous catering establishments, as well as take a cruise on the sea on a cruise ship. At Lake Resko Przymorskie (located in Dźwirzyno) there is the "Błękitna Marina" Tourism and Water Recreation Center, with appropriate infrastructure and facilities for sports such as sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. The town also has a Municipal Sports and Recreation Center with sports fields, mini golf and playgrounds for children. In the town there is a post office, church, school, pharmacy, police station, recreation centers with swimming pool and treatment facilities, currency exchange office, ATMs and discos. During the summer season, the town hosts a Czech amusement park and many other attractions for children and adults. Fishing enthusiasts can take part in all-day cod fishing on a cutter. There are also numerous bicycle routes running through Dźwirzyno, e.g. the Stork Nests Trail, the International Seaside Trail R10.

Near Dźwirzyno there are Grzybowo, Kołobrzeg, Mrzeżyno and Trzebiatów.

In the summer season, Dźwirzyno is teeming with life. The beach is clean, wide and sandy, and the sea at the shore is shallow. In the winter season, it is a quiet, peaceful seaside town.
