Guest rooms are located on ul. Hetmańska, in the vicinity of the Arena and Park im. J. Kasprowicza, close to the railway and bus stations (3 stops - 1.7 km), Poznań International Fair (approx. 7 minutes by tram - 1.4 km), 15 min to the Old Market Square. by tram. You can reach us from A2 by taking the exit to road no. 5 (MTP direction) and following approx. 6 km north towards the center. Object - a completely renovated and modernized apartment (90m2), located in a tenement house from 1938, with 2 micro-apartments (rooms 20-25 m2, with own bathrooms and full kitchenettes) for 1-2 people, large room - 20m 2 ( with an attached bathroom in the corridor), and a smaller room with a bathroom (12 + 4 m 2), a hall with a kitchenette - it is fully adapted and intended for rent.Rooms are locked independently. We do not add roommates to rooms. (we do not rent a hostel) The apartment is non-smoking. We accept gentle animals. The rooms on the south side have external blinds to protect against sunlight. Mechanical ventilation forces a proper flow of fresh air. A beautiful garden belongs to the tenement house. The rooms are equipped with wardrobes - commander type buildings, 2 pine beds (with the possibility of "joining"), TV-LCD, wired and wireless internet, electric kettles, wooden floors, bed linen and towels. In the "kitchenette" you will find full equipment: fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, dishes, kitchen utensils, iron for ironing. There are two guarded car parks nearby (150 m).
