Guests have access to a separate summer cottage adjacent to the owners' family home:
The cottage is two-story, with a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen units, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric hob) and a small living room available to all guests on the ground floor. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one larger (with a double bed and a single sofa bed). The second room (with a double bed and a single sofa bed).

Guests, as shown in the attached photos, have access to garden furniture and a wooden shelter with a barbecue. The entire house is decorated with a very atmospheric atmosphere. Modernity combined with a rustic and pastoral atmosphere create the character of the place. Free parking is available on the premises, and the area is monitored.
A quiet village bordering the nearby Czech Republic (3 km). It's a good location for those seeking a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

ACTIVE RECREATION IN SUMMER AND WINTER (Nordic walking, cycling, hiking, paragliding, winter sports...)

The area around Nowe Siodło offers many tourist attractions on both the Polish and Czech borders. The nearest town in the Czech Republic, Mezimesti, is accessible via Mieroszów, a 9 km, 13-minute drive away. The Broumov Rock Town is 17.5 km away, towards Adršpach and Trutnov. These rock formations abound. The sightseeing route is 6 km long and can be completed in 2-3 hours. This is quite an interesting attraction for tourists. The nearby Czech Republic boasts many regional restaurants offering delicious and affordable food. On the Polish side, the nearest larger town is Wałbrzych, 19.5 km from the accommodation. Karpacz is 30 km away, and Špindlerův Mlýn is 44 km away. The biggest tourist attraction in Wałbrzych is Książ Castle. There are also many other tourist gems in the vicinity of Nowe Siodło, such as the well-worth-seeing Krzeszów – a European Baroque pearl. This small town is located in the Kamienna Góra Valley in Lower Silesia. Since the establishment of the Legnica Diocese, it has been its main sanctuary and pilgrimage site. Krzeszów is a world-class monument, included on the Presidential List of the Republic of Poland and a candidate for UNESCO World Heritage Site. The main European Cistercian Route and the Sudeten Way of St. James also run through this area. I encourage you to visit Zagórze Śląskie, and it's worth seeing the Gothic Castle of Grodno, once one of the largest and strongest fortresses in Silesia, the Zagórze Dam, and the Walim Adits. The Mieroszów Glider, operated by the Wałbrzych Region Aeroclub, operates on the former grounds of the Nowe Siodło airport. The glider has its own runway for motor gliders and ultralight aircraft. A tourist attraction for the youngest visitors will be the Mini Farm Zoo in Łączna, the Walim Adits, and so on. I assure you, there will be plenty of time for sightseeing, as there are still places I haven't mentioned.

I invite everyone to visit Nowe Siodło (German: Neudorf) – a village in Poland located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Wałbrzych County, Mieroszów Commune, in the Mieroszów Basin, at the foot of the Suche Mountains in the Central Sudetes.
