We offer for rent a new SapinaChillout house located in a charming area by the river and the lake at the same time:) The river is about 35 m from the property, then the lake is about 50 m by water:) We are at the mouth of the Sapina River to Lake Pozezdrze.:)

Our cottage is perfect for relaxing by the water and a perfect base for further sightseeing trips, fishing, hiking, cycling or horse riding.

Guests have at their disposal a house (one on a large plot) with a terrace and a place for a bonfire, a barbecue, a garden swing, two double kayaks with life jackets, a fishing boat, a pedal boat, and two classic bicycles - included in the price of the house.

About the House :)
The house is fully equipped and heated with electric heaters.
The house has a living room with a dining room and a kitchenette, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, cups, dishes, etc.)
Equipment: dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and toaster, electric boiler.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Rooms:
1) 2-person bedroom (one double bed)
2) 2-person bedroom (two single beds)
3) Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, dining room, Smart TV 43 inches

The house accommodates 6 people, but at the request of guests it is possible to increase the number of people to max. 8 for an additional fee - details of the stay are agreed individually.
The house is equipped with: bedding and towels, a clothes dryer, terrace furniture.

We provide our guests with access to the Internet (Wi-Fi).

1. The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay, the deposit is made by transfer.
2. The remaining amount for the stay, including a deposit in case of damage incurred during the stay, must be paid in advance in cash on the day of arrival.
3. The deposit is PLN 500

For those who want to relax - the sound of water, an extraordinary microclimate, nature, the river and lake, visits of animals (moose, hares, beavers, constant singing of birds). View from the terrace and living room to the river :)

For friends looking for a place to spend time in a small group - a place for a feast, an evening bonfire, a barbecue, privacy.

For those looking for active recreation - kayaking.
The most interesting and picturesque section of the Sapina kayaking trail begins at the height of our plot - just get into the kayak (two kayaks and a pedal boat are available for guests) and we are already on the trip :) - the current is not strong and allows us to return along the same route.

For anglers, it is possible to fish from the river bank or from a boat (the distance to the water is 35 m), and it only takes a moment to sail out to the game lake Pozezdrze (the lake is full of pike, tench, perch, eels, and zander).

For families with children - a safe, large plot with a fence, a garden swing, a sandbox, and a municipal swimming pool.

For those who want bicycle trips - two bicycle routes run right next to our plot, and the Masurian Cycle Loop is only 1.5 km away. - two classic bicycles at guests' disposal.

For horse riding enthusiasts we recommend:
- 3 horse stables located at a distance of 1.5 km to 3 km.

It's a paradise for those who like sightseeing trips (please ask, I'll advise you and give you suggestions, depending on your expectations) - it's a really great base and it's impossible to list everything :)

For those looking for the hustle and bustle of Masuria - sailing taverns, live music, nightlife, outdoor events, about 15 minutes. by car - Giżycko, Węgorzewo, Ogonki, Sztynort…
