I offer a small cottage for rent in a quiet, peaceful village nestled in the middle of forests. Here, you can relax and enjoy the birdsong and the close proximity of wildlife.

It's a single room with a separate bathroom with a shower.

The area is 26 m² (26 sq ft) plus bathroom.

The cottage includes a comfortable bed with a 140 x 200 cm mattress, a comfortable sofa bed (can be split into two mattresses), a table, chairs, a chest of drawers, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove and refrigerator.

The cottage is built using strawbale construction, with clay plaster inside and lime plaster outside.

Outside, there's a large terrace, a garden table and chairs, and comfortable garden armchairs, plus a barbecue.

The cottage is located in the village of Janów, in a secluded spot, nestled in a meadow with a forest behind it. This location is ideal for those seeking contact with nature and tranquility. There are numerous picturesque forest paths. Occasionally, you can hear the sounds of village life and children playing in the nearby playground.Parking is available within the fenced farm.
The area is quite wild, so you won't find large expanses of mowed lawns.
The Patyki Reservoir is 6 km from the cottage, where you can relax by the water and enjoy many attractions during the season.
An additional advantage is the proximity of Uroczysko Święte Ługi, a picturesque area of over 150 hectares, which is part of the Natura 2000 network and a fantastic attraction for any nature lover. The Międzyrzecz Warty-Widawka Landscape Park is 16 km away.
