We offer apartments and flats in Sopot located close to the beach from which you can walk to the promenade (Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street) and the Pier in a few minutes.

APARTMENT 1: Two-room apartment with a balcony located in Dolny Sopot (ul. 3 Maja 17), about 350 meters from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk from the Pier and Monciak.
The apartment is a self-contained two rooms with a hall, kitchen and bathroom, prepared for up to five people, located on the third floor. Its location among greenery protects against the hustle and bustle of the city. The building is located on a fenced property. At your disposal: Wi-Fi
We especially invite families with children; an automatic washing machine at your disposal.
Attractions for children: a playground and a basketball court on a fenced property and a second playground with an outdoor gym about 30 meters from the building.
Free parking spaces in the adjacent streets, and a guarded car park nearby.
Detailed description:
- a double living room with a balcony: equipped with the necessary furniture and a table with a set of chairs, a comfortable sofa that turns into a great sleep in the evening and TV with Internet access and cable TV,
- a double bedroom with a wardrobe, tables and two beds and a TV with internet access and cable TV,
- bathroom with shower equipped with an automatic washing machine,
- a separate kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, necessary kitchen utensils, cutlery, electric kettle and a refrigerator.
One extra bed is possible in the rooms.
We provide an iron and an ironing board.
For the sake of our guests' comfort, we do not tolerate smoking in the apartment.
Price from 50 to 250 PLN per person / from 200 to 600 PLN for the apartment per night.
The stay begins at 1 p.m. and lasts until 10.00 on the day of departure. It is possible to individually determine the price depending on the period of stay and the number of days.

APARTMENT 2: Available from July 3rd to September 28th.
Three-room apartment with a balcony located in the very center of the city (Sopot ul. Podjazd 2), about 150 meters from the promenade (Bohaterów Monte Cassino street), about 100 meters from the Sopot railway station, about 13-15 minutes' walk to the beach.
The apartment is a self-contained three rooms with a hall, kitchen and bathroom, prepared for six to eight people, located on the second floor. At your disposal: Wi-Fi
Free parking spaces on the adjacent street, underground parking nearby (paid).
Detailed description:
- a double living room: equipped with the necessary furniture and a table with a set of chairs, a sofa and a comfortable double bed, a TV with a wide range of cable TV in the room,
- a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a TV with a wide range of cable TV, there is a balcony in the room,
- a second double bedroom with two beds and a TV with a wide range of cable TV,
- bathroom with shower equipped with an automatic washing machine,
- a separate kitchen with a balcony, equipped with a 4-burner stove, microwave oven, necessary kitchen utensils, cutlery, electric kettle and a refrigerator.
An extra bed is possible in the rooms.
We also provide an ironing board and iron.
For the sake of our guests' comfort, we do not tolerate smoking in the apartment.
Price up to PLN 700 per apartment per night, depending on the period and length of stay.
The stay begins at 1 p.m. and lasts until 10.00 on the day of departure.

APARTMENT 3
We offer a two-room apartment, located in one of the charming corners of the center of Sopot, at ul. Dębowa 4: about 800 meters from the promenade (Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street), about 500 meters from the Sopot Railway Station, about 12-15 minutes' walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic villa in Sopot.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms (each with a TV with a wide range of cable TV and a double bed), a kitchen with a gas stove, microwave oven and dishwasher, a dining room and a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bidet. An automatic washing machine is available. The toilet is a separate room with access from the corridor.
At your disposal: Wi-Fi. We also provide an ironing board and iron.
Close to shops, bars and restaurants.
An extra bed is possible in the rooms.
For the sake of our guests' comfort, we do not tolerate smoking in the apartment.
Price up to PLN 500 per apartment per night depending on the period and length of stay.
The stay begins at 1 p.m. and lasts until 10.00 on the day of departure.

We make reservations after making a prepayment in the form of a bank transfer or paid with a Tourist Voucher. In the event of cancellation, the prepayment is not refundable. Also, the fee for unused days is not refundable in the event of early departure from the premises. We charge the full rental fee on arrival, we hand over the keys only after it has been paid.
