Wooden house for rent for up to 8 people.

Sowi Kamień consists of two cozy houses in Łomnica near Karpacz, with a panoramic view of the Karkonosze range and the Rudawy Janowickie Mountains.

We offer entire houses for rent - we do not sell individual rooms.

Each house has two bedrooms providing comfortable accommodation for 6 people and a living room with a sofa with two sleeping places (a fireplace in one house). Additionally, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an additional separate toilet.
The youngest will find a corner with toys and games in the house, books, a play area in front of the house, and a river nearby :-)

Each house is surrounded by a spacious, covered terrace (garden table, chairs and deckchairs).
The area around the houses is fenced. For your convenience, each house has: its own fenced area, safe and free parking spaces, a garden, children's play areas and a fireplace.
The usable area of each house is 60 m2 (total 92 m2). We provide free Internet. Maps and guides at your disposal. We do not charge any additional fees for water, energy or cleaning. Sowi Kamień is an ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet and closeness to nature - the houses are located in the buffer zone of the Rudawski Landscape Park, in a quiet place providing space and comfort for rest. At the same time, the proximity to Karpacz (10 km) gives you the opportunity to take advantage of numerous tourist attractions, mountain trails, and skiing. We invite people who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of cities, families with children and those who prefer active recreation - numerous gravel paths running directly next to the houses provide ideal conditions for walking, jogging, cyclists and in winter they give the opportunity to practice cross-country skiing.
