We offer you a newly opened facility. We called it Srebny Bucznik, wanting to refer to the history of our town and the existing settlement of Bucznik, which derives its etymology from the beautiful old beech trees that once grew here. The interior aesthetics of the building and restaurant refer to the architecture of the historic wing of the building and the artistic and cultural colony located nearby in the interwar period. Founded by the painter and sculptor Ludwik Konarzewski, associated with Istebna through his wife Jadwiga Wałach (sister of the well-known painter and master of woodcut Jan Wałach from Andziołówka), it attracted representatives of Krakow's bohemia and eminent artists of that period to Istebna. Among others, Zofia Kossak-Szczucka, Gustaw Morcinek, Feliks Nowowiejski and Julian Fałat have visited here. The part that serves our guests directly has been prepared in such a way as to ensure high comfort while remaining in an affordable price range. The rooms have been equipped in accordance with modern standards, and the convenient location and a large separate plot of land surrounded by greenery will provide you with a peaceful rest and the opportunity to enjoy the attractions in our town.
