The School Recreation Center "Syrenka" is located in the town of Maróz. Ośrodek Wczasowy is located on Lake Maróz, in the middle of a mixed forest. The distance to the city center is approx. 14 km. The center is fenced, there is a main building with a canteen, a conference room, pavilions, brick houses for 10 people and wooden houses. Each room in a brick house has its own bathroom and a TV set. There is a fridge and a kettle in the common area. Each wooden house is equipped with a fridge and a color TV set. In the Holiday Center there is a playground for children, a canteen, a marina with floating equipment, a large viewing pier for sunbathing or fishing, water equipment rental. A recreational place, calm and clean - it is included in the silence zone. At any time of the year, the surrounding scenery resembles views from the most beautiful fairy tales. The water in the lake of first-class purity encourages you to swim.We offer classrooms and common rooms for our guests. Throughout the year, we host individual tourists and groups. We prepare tasty and healthy meals in our canteen. Maróz - a village in Poland located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the Olsztyn poviat, in the Olsztynek commune, on Lake Maróz. It is located about 6 kilometers east of Waplewo and from the Warsaw-Gdańsk road, there is a train station halfway. In the years 1975-1998, the town administratively belonged to the Olsztyn Province. The village is a popular holiday center due to the surrounding forests and the lake, apart from private accommodation, there are also two holiday centers: one for school "Syrenka" and one for the military. There are boat and pedal boat rentals at the lake.
