We invite you to relax in Kołczewo near Międzyzdroje. We offer two year-round wooden cottages. They are located on a large plot of 2,200 m² in a quiet and secluded spot right by the lake.

Kołczewo is situated on the island of Wolin, near the Woliński National Park. It lies along the coastal stretch between Międzyzdroje and Dziwnów, about 12 km from Wolin, on the eastern shore of a lake of the same name. It is a charming and peaceful area for family vacations.

On the ground floor, there is a living room combined with an open kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender). The attic features two bedrooms and a small utility room. One of the two bedrooms has a second television.

Guests also have at their disposal a spacious terrace (15 m²) and a garden with a barbecue and fire pit area. The plot is securely fenced.

The cottages are positioned with their terraces facing the lake so that visitors can enjoy the nearby views. They are set in a staggered layout, so one cottage does not block another's view of the lake. Each cottage has its own entrance, gate, private parking, brick barbecue, large swing, and sun loungers.

These cottages are child-friendly. For little ones, we provide a high chair, crib, and baby bath. For older children, there are board games and puzzles, and outdoors there is a trampoline and a playground.

You can also go fishing here without straying too far from the house or buy a smoked fish at a nearby smokehouse.

It is impossible not to mention our clean, wide, and, most importantly, uncrowded beach at Świętoujście. It is surrounded by Wolin National Park, with numerous cliffs. Recently, we also have a bike path in the direction of Międzywodzie and Dziwnów.

We rent out the cottages year-round. The price listed on the website is the winter rate, excluding Christmas and New Year’s Eve. During the warmer months, the price increases. The price is agreed upon after contacting the owner of the property, preferably by phone.

On the neighboring plot, we also have another property with a lake view. See: Dom Natalia SEA & LAKE (e-turysta)
