First, a note: if location is your top priority (as close to the Baltic Sea as possible, you can't really get any closer) and you're looking for a reasonable price over luxury and marble bathrooms (ours are "student" standard, see below), you've come to the right place.

We're very close to the seaside boulevard and beaches, yet also to the city center with excellent transport links to Sopot and Gdańsk. Our guest rooms are right on Gdynia's Seaside Boulevard, next to the Sailor's House and tennis courts. The Seaside Boulevard is just 100 steps away... Seaside Boulevard connects two of Gdynia's beaches. We are a 10-minute walk through Piłsudski Park to the very center of Gdynia (Świętojańska Street and the SKM Gdynia Wzg. Św. Maksymiliana stop). The terminus for buses 282, 928, and 128 is also just 100 steps away. Buses 133 and 204 also stop here.

Throughout the season, year-round, vacationers can rent two self-contained, lockable guest rooms for 3 people. Each room has a Play cable TV with 120 channels and a refrigerator. These rooms are located on the ground floor of the building, in a separate, independent guest area that guests can lock. The rooms come with daybeds and bedding. Room 1 has exclusive use of the garden (direct access to the garden, a sun lounger, etc.).Guests have access to two bathrooms: one is a toilet with a sink adjacent to the rooms, and the other has a convenient sink and shower. This second bathroom is for guests' exclusive use and is accessed via the staircase. The hallway includes an electric kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery, etc.

The guest area is separate and self-contained. Guests receive keys to the guest area and lockable rooms and bathrooms, and are responsible for managing this area themselves.

Payment for your stay is made in advance upon arrival (we are often away from home, so we don't have direct contact with guests all day).

Free, convenient parking is available on-site (visual contact is maintained within 5 meters of the room windows). During the off-season, accommodation costs depend on the number of guests in the room and the number of days booked. Check-in and check-out times are arranged individually with guests. Luggage storage is available on-site 24/7, upon request.
