De Luxe rooms have air conditioning, balconies overlooking the water or terraces with access to the green areas of the facility. All rooms are equipped with: fridge, double bed, bedding, LCD TV, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery.On each floor there is a kitchenette at guests' disposal, equipped with a sink, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, etc. Each room has an individual parking space in the fenced area of the facility.
