This is a place where the day begins with coffee on the terrace, a walk to the lake and birdsong, and ends with relaxation in the Russian hot tub or an evening spent together by the fire under the stars. ✨

We offer a modern summer cottage located in the heart of Kashubia, 200 meters from Lake Ostrowickie. The house sits on a large plot (2,000 square meters) surrounded by a pine forest.

On-site, you can use a Russian hot tub, heated by a wood stove. The hot tub is located in a covered gazebo, which also features a radio and a banquet table with benches, allowing for complete relaxation.We also offer two adult and three children's bikes, Nordic walking poles, balls, and badminton rackets. Nearby, you'll find an exceptionally clear lake, dotted with forests perfect for quick walks or long hikes. There's also a fire pit. The property has an additional gate with direct access to the forest. We also offer activities for children: a modern, safe playground with a sandbox for younger guests, and a basketball court for older guests.

We offer a cottage with a terrace (for up to 8 people), approximately 70 m². Inside, you'll find:
- a living room with a kitchenette heated by a fireplace (the kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, sink, and dishes);
- a downstairs bedroom with a double bed, and upstairs two bedrooms with two single beds and two double beds. One of the rooms has a children's play area;

- bathroom (shower, hot water from a heat pump, sink, toilet, washing machine)
Since last year, the cottage has also been upgraded with air conditioning units installed in every room, making hot days even more pleasant.

Our property is fenced, and parking is free.

Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement, but owners are obligated to clean up after their pets. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM. We prefer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum of 4 nights.

The amount of PLN 420 is the total cost per night for the summer season, from July 1st to August 31st (maximum 2 weeks).

We do not charge any additional fees.
Reserving a date arranged by phone or email requires a 30% deposit and acceptance of the terms and conditions found at Contact us . The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
