We cordially invite you to the intimate, small Villa Helena located on a quiet street. Jan Wiktor (the very center of the town and the health resort).
In the vicinity of: Spa Park, Promenade nad Grajcarkiem, Palenica cable railway, Dworek Gościnny, mineral water pump room and numerous bicycle and hiking trails.
In a short distance there is the main medical base "Inhalatorium" - the possibility of undergoing therapeutic treatments.

Our location is an excellent base. Due to the location and proximity to public transport stops, you have the opportunity to take a break from traveling by your own means of transport :)
Additionally, 200 meters from Helena, there are two offices organizing organized trips (both around the area and further trips: Zakopane, Hungary, Slovakia).
We have a small number of accommodation places, so we provide very intimate conditions for relaxation.

Cozy rooms for 1, 2, 3 and 4 people with bathrooms, LCD TV and independent balconies (most with a view of Palenica). Additionally, for your convenience, on each floor there is a corner with access to a fridge and a cordless kettle.
We invite you for stays: individual, family and with friends.

In addition, we provide our guests with:
*free Wi-Fi,
*kitchenette with a dining area (you can prepare breakfast and dinner on your own), no possibility of cooking dinner
*free parking spaces (on the property and on the adjacent plot)
*free skiing in the winter season

FOOD: possibility of purchasing home-cooked meals in neighboring centers.
Additional fees:
The property charges a fee for children up to 2 years of age sleeping with their parents (utility fee).
Stays with animals (only small breed dogs, fee required and prior arrangement with the facility). A stay with a pet is possible only if it is not left alone in the facility and upon notification when booking (subject to the availability of rooms intended for stays with pets).
Local fee: PLN 4 per person per day in the City and Commune of Szczawnica.
