The place where we are located is one of the most picturesque places in Zakopane, from which you can easily get everywhere quickly, whether it's the road to Morskie Oko, Rusinowa Polana and many other valleys, and above all to Kuźnice or the Kuźnickie Roundabout, from which directly in front is the Wielka Krokiew Ski Jump, the Pod Reglami trail, to the left of the roundabout is the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch, and to the right is the city center itself. When leaving the house, we are surrounded by the entire panorama of the Tatra Mountains from Giewont to the High Tatras, behind the house there is the Olczyski mountain stream, flowing from the Olczyska valley, and a few hundred meters above us is the Sanctuary of Our Lady Revealing the Miraculous Medal.

Gastronomy:

There is a beautiful and tasty restaurant next to the house, and in the area there are several highlander inns where the dish of the day costs PLN 14-20, and most of the inns offer free delivery if you don't want to leave the house at any time of the day. This means you can order whenever you want and not, as is the case in most guesthouses, being tied to the time of booking, and sometimes it happens that you have to come back to the guesthouse specially when you are somewhere further away, either in the mountains or in the thermal baths, and for the same money, and you can even eat dinner cheaper and tastier wherever you want, and there is no shortage of inns in Zakopane and the surrounding area :-) Kwaśnica, lamb, ribs and other delicacies taste great in a highlander inn accompanied by live music (We recommend Kraine flavor opposite, or Muzykancka below, where various folk bands and more play in the evenings).

We offer our guests four good kitchenettes (equipped with induction hobs), where you can always prepare or even cook something for breakfast.

There are also three grocery stores next to the house. In each room you have your own refrigerator. In apartments, kitchenettes are inside.

It is possible to organize a sleigh ride, horse rides or a bonfire, we invite you at any time of the year and we guarantee that you will never be bored in Zakopane. At the request of our guests, in winter we organize sleigh rides with sausage roasting, and in summer we recommend hiking trips to the mountains with a Tatra guide. Sam and I are here to help, because mountains are my passion, so I will always try to give you some advice on where to go, what to see and which trail to follow. If you come to us and are in Zakopane for the first time, you won't be alone :-) Behind the house there is a grill, a shepherd's hut for guests, where you can sit and elegantly drink a beer. and children can play on the large playground.

All rooms and apartments are finished in wood, have modern bathrooms and underfloor heating.

In the cottage you can use wireless and wired high-speed Internet, and each room also has a socket for an Internet cable.

The guarantee of a successful stay in our villa is a very good location. No office buildings, apartment buildings or railway lines, old tenement houses or noisy train stations, but at the same time close to everywhere, either to the center or to the mountains, and there are trails straight ahead. You don't have to choose between a good place and a low price. By choosing our offer, you will get both!

There is a beauty salon in the building, so you can improve your mood on sad days.

Out of concern for the comfort of our individual guests who come to the mountains to relax, we do not accept summer camps or school trips. When you stay with us, you know that you will sleep soundly after a sometimes tiring day...

We run the guesthouse together with my wife Maria, our children, Staś and Zosia, also help us and we are happy to help our guests, even with good advice. Our dream was to create a warm atmosphere and a nice family atmosphere in the Kubecek villa so that everyone who visits us will feel at home.

Through diligence and conscientiousness, we slowly achieve our goals, and the best reward for us are the favorable opinions written by waz on Facebook or other websites, for which we thank you very much.
