There is a 2-seater sofa in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom.
Wireless internet is available in the apartment.

- a few minutes' walk to the beach in Brzeżno, the Polsat Plus Arena Stadium and the Green Road, ensuring a comfortable exit from the city towards the Southern Bypass through the tunnel under Martwa Wisła.
- In the immediate vicinity there is full commercial, service and recreational infrastructure: Biedronka, Żabka, Stokrotka, sushi, pizza, burgers, kebab, hairdresser, beautician, pharmacies, as well as places for bicycles, playgrounds, illuminated alleys, water reservoirs, and outdoor gym.

The date is booked after paying an advance payment of 20% of the total cost of the stay (the advance payment is non-refundable)!

The remaining amount is payable after handing over the keys + a deposit of PLN 250.
