located in Czarna Wieś (Rajgród commune).
It is located on the Rajgrodzkie Lake. The house is located away from other buildings, you can feel the space in it and in its surroundings.
It gives you the opportunity to rest away from the city, fully relax close to nature. Ideal to rent with friends or family (up to 6 adults).
On the ground floor there is a living room with direct access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, cutlery, dishes, pots),
3 bedrooms (beds, wardrobe, bedding, towels) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
In the attic (50m2) there is a spacious playroom with a swing and other toys for the youngest guests.
The house is arranged in the style of an industrial modern barn.
Each room has separate air-conditioning and underfloor heating in winter. It has WiFi access.
The house is located on a spacious plot of approx. 2500 m2, entirely intended for landlords. The tenants can use a grill, furniture on the terrace, a swimming pool with a diameter of 5 m and a separate place for a bonfire, a playground with a sandbox, and a trampoline.
The lake is located 30 m from the house and the sandy city beach with a pier is about 1.3 km away.
the rental price includes a boat (moored to our pier, which is located on the plot next to the lake).
