DESCRIPTION We invite you to rent 2 holiday houses for 5 people, located in Gajewo, about 2.5 km from the nearest beach. An additional attraction of the location is the neighborhood of the City Forest. HOUSE DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor, approx. 35 m2 - there is a living room with a fold-out sofa TV and a dining table, a kitchenette with full equipment (fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven, set of dishes, etc.), bathroom with shower and toilet, exit to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and barbecue. 2-person bedroom. In the attic - there are two 2 bedrooms - three single beds with the option of joining. There is a grill in the garden. The car can be parked on the closed, fenced property directly under the cottage. NEIGHBORHOOD: Forest - approx. 500 m. Approx. 1000 m. Tavern Majka with a fishery for anglers. Approx. 1200 m there is a very well supplied grocery store. Preferred rental stays in the minimum 7-day stay system - from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation day starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Outside the holiday season, shorter stays are possible - minimum 3 nights. Price negotiable in case of a stay longer than one week. We accept pets. Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit of 30% of the total amount for the rental, payable within 3 days from the date of booking. In the event of resignation, the advance payment is not refundable. In case of later arrival and departure earlier than the reservation made, the stay will be charged in full. Settlement for the stay on the day of arrival with a refundable deposit of PLN 1000 to cover any damage.
