The houses are located approx. 200 meters from the Konskie Lake and the Brda River! Each house has an area of about 80 m2, each is equipped with: Ground floor: • living room with a large sofa bed (two additional places to sleep), large TV, coffee table • fully equipped kitchenette with: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, pots, frying pan, cutlery, cups, boards, knives, tableware and cleaning products: washing-up liquid, cleaning tablets for the dishwasher. • a dining area with a table for 6 people, • a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, and a cabinet for necessary utensils and accessories. First floor • bedroom with a balcony with a double bed (180 / 200cm), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe, • bedroom with two single beds (2x 90 / 200cm), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. On the premises access to Wi-Fi and basic digital TV channels.Facilities on the property: • sunny terrace with direct access from the living room with patio furniture and a roofed part, • green zone - a perfect place for relaxation and outdoor play for children, • the vicinity of Konskie Lake and the Sports and Recreation Center, • fenced parking space in front of the property, • grill For Children: We have clean air, a lot of space to run and meadows full of wild flowers from which you can make wreaths - that is, everything that is best for children. Przechlewo is the perfect place to spend a holiday with children. A large amount of green areas, fresh air and the proximity of the lake encourage people to spend time actively. You will find a place for shared games and fun. In the center of the town (about 2 km) there is a local library with a cinema and a playground, prepared for the young and the elderly. In winter, we encourage you to go for sleigh walks. You can organize a huge snowball fight and make a snowman by the terrace, where decorations will always be found. In autumn, kids can go mushroom picking or picking multicolored leaves with adults. There is always something to do with us - regardless of the season and outside temperature. On request, if possible, we provide additional amenities for children: a travel cot, a feeding chair, dishes for children, and in winter a sledge. Cleaning: The cottages are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected immediately prior to the arrival of guests to ensure complete safety. During your stay, you can keep order by using the provided cleaning agents - we provide complete facilities and the necessary detergents. Food: You will have to take care of the daily meals yourself. We do not provide meals, but we leave at your disposal a fully furnished kitchenette and the highest standard of a meticulously equipped kitchen. You can prepare all proven dishes yourself or indulge in culinary experiments. Country eggs are provided for the first breakfast. A 10-minute walk is the grocery store complex (Biedronka, Dino) where you can do the most necessary shopping or go to the center of the town - 3 minutes by car to other local general stores. However, if you prefer others to prepare meals for you, then in Przechlewo there are eateries with delicious food - a restaurant, delicatessen and pizzeria. On site you will find information about the above-mentioned places. The neighborhood and its attractions: Przechlewo is a great starting point for active people. It is famous for its wide range of canoeing trips (the closest "starting point" is the mouth of the Brda River at Lake Końskie, which is about 200 m from the houses - local canoeists will advise you the right route for both experienced and beginners. the surrounding 33 lakes in the Przechlewo commune. Bory Tucholskie is an open space for mushroom picking, we will show you the best places for real specimens. • If you need your stay to be adjusted for a shorter-longer time, write to us at domkinaletniskowej@gmail.com, we will enable you to make such a reservation during the time you fill in the calendar. • Additionally, on the day of guests' arrival, a deposit in the amount of PLN 500 may be charged, payable in cash on the spot. The deposit is returned provided that the house is returned in a condition that is in accordance with the condition on the day of its acceptance. Arrival and departure times: Check-in in all houses begins at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. Payment and booking: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary booking information and payment details. We wait 48 hours for the booking fee - advance payment (30%), if the payment is not credited, the date chosen by you will be automatically released. We allow the possibility of changing the booking date, no later than 30 days before the planned date of stay.
