The year-round houses are located on a peninsula, directly on Lake Blanki in Suryty. The area is picturesque, beautiful views, wild nature, animals. Lots of mushrooms in the surrounding forests and a fish lake with zander and pike. There are also other species, the white fish.

We have 6 wooden houses, 2 with a usable area of 115 m2, 2 smaller ones with a usable area of 86 m2 and 2 smallest ones with an area of 56 m2. The houses are located approximately 30 m from each other and 100 m from the lake shoreline. The area is fenced. Facility with piers and access to the lake.

Houses 115m2:
- On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious hall with a utility room, living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds or one double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 4-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, drip coffee maker, electric kettle. The living room with a fireplace has a comfortable sofa set, a TV with SAT, and a table with 6 chairs.
- On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a washing machine. The houses are heated by a fireplace with a water jacket. The house has a spacious terrace on the ground floor facing the lake and 2 balconies on the first floor.
- There is garden furniture on the terrace. The houses are equipped with air conditioning.

Houses 56m2:
- On the ground floor of the house there is: living room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances: fridge, microwave, 4-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, drip coffee maker, electric kettle. The living room has a fireplace, a comfortable lounge set, a TV with SAT, and a table with 6 chairs.
- On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed and a single bed.
- The house is heated by a fireplace, in addition, the bathroom and living room have electrically heated floors, and the bedrooms are equipped with electric radiators.

House 86m2
The house has a large bathroom with a shower, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and 3 comfortable bedrooms on the first floor.
Equipped with air conditioning. Suitable for 6 people, I rent it for a maximum of 8 people, including children.

2-person house:
We also have a small, cozy house of approximately 40 m2 with 1 bedroom with a double bed, intended for a couple or with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and two children. Cottage without a view of the lake, closest to the entrance.

The facility has a lounge area with a barbecue by the lake, designated barbecue areas in the green area, a bonfire area, a children's playground, and a beach volleyball court. Each house has its own parking lot for two cars. The rental price includes the use of pedal boats, kayaks and wood for the fireplace and bonfire. It is also possible to rent a fishing boat for an additional fee and a combustion engine or a small BEZII sailing boat.

We do not pose any difficulties when it comes to importing pets. We only ask the owners to take due care not to disturb other guests during their stay. We accept 1 dog per home free of charge. In the case of a larger number of animals, please arrange individual consent for the stay of these animals.

Suryty - a village in Poland, located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Lidzbark County, Lidzbark Warmiński Commune. In the years 1975-1998, the town administratively belonged to the Olsztyn Voivodeship.
