Good morning.
Summer house "Kaszuby u Robka". I am offering a new, independent, year-round summer house for rent in Stężyca, which is located in the very center of the so-called Kashubian Switzerland on the Stężyckie lake. The distance from the lake is about 300 m. There are numerous forests in the area, which makes it possible to pick mushrooms, and for keen anglers, successful fishing. The location of the plot can be a great base for trips to the entire Tricity, i.e. Gdynia, Sopot, Gdańsk. By connecting PKM with the nearby towns of Kartuzy or Kościerzyna. On the plot there is a small SPA in the form of a sauna and a jacuzzi (we do not charge additional fees for using the jacuzzi or sauna), a fireplace and a grill. You can lose calories while playing volleyball, basketball or badminton. At a distance of 1000 m, Marina Stężyca on the lake. Raduńskie offers pedal boat, boat and kayak rentals. The house has two rooms on the first floor, one with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a living room that can sleep 2 people, a kitchenette, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among others: electric stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, plates, cutlery, etc. toilet with shower. We can easily use the Internet on the premises. The plot with an area of approximately 900 m is fully fenced, the usable area of the house is 65 m. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. In the house as well as in the sauna and jacuzzi, smoking and the use of open flames such as candles, incense sticks, etc. are strictly prohibited. We do not organize hen, stag or youth events. Guests should bring towels and bathrobes.

The price per night for 4 people in the high season from June 24 to August 30 is PLN 500,
The off-season price for 4 people from August 31-23 is PLN 400.
The minimum rental period is 5 days in high season.
For a longer stay, negotiations are possible.
Additional person PLN 70. day. after prior arrangement with the owner.
New Year's Eve, Christmas, May Day, price negotiable

Additional fees

Electricity fee according to actual consumption (meter reading).
At guests' request, the jacuzzi can be turned on 24 hours before arrival (one-time fee PLN 50).
Full and correct waste (garbage) segregation is required.
In the absence of (incorrect) segregation, the fee is PLN 50 for a 120-liter container.
Firewood PLN 25/box
For any damage or physical destruction of the equipment of the house, sauna, jacuzzi - the costs of repair or replacement are borne by the Tenant according to current prices.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- 20% deposit (the deposit/down payment is a guarantee of the lease), the rest is due upon arrival, after handing over the keys.

- refundable deposit of PLN 500 after taking into account possible losses, electricity settlement transferred to the account on the day of booking
- refund of the deposit 1-2 days after departure after taking into account any losses, uncleaned house
- we deduct from the deposit for scattered cigarette butts and unreported stay of additional people
- PLN 150 final cleaning of the house, property, sauna - unless the tenant cleans it himself
- towels, own bathrobes
- no smoking in the cottage
- stay of additional people only after prior arrangement
- cleaning products for starters
