Good morning.
Holiday house "Kaszuby u Robka". I offer for rent a new independent year-round summer house in the town of Stężyca, which is located in the very center of the so-called Kashubian Switzerland by the lake, Stężyckie. The distance from the lake is about 300 m. There are numerous forests in the area, which gives the opportunity to pick mushrooms, and for keen anglers, successful fishing. The location of the plot can be a great starting point to the entire Tri-City, i.e. Gdynia, Sopot, Gdańsk. After by connecting PKM from the nearby towns of Kartuzy or Kościerzyna. On the plot there are a small SPA in the form of a sauna and jacuzzi, a place for a bonfire, a grill. Calories can be lost while playing volleyball, basketball or badminton. At a distance of 1000 m, Marina Stężyca on the lake. Raduński offers pedal boats, boats and kayaks for rent. The house has two rooms on the first floor, in one room there is a comfortable double bed, in the other two single beds. On the ground floor there is a living room with the possibility of sleeping 2 people, kitchenette, TV,. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, plates, cutlery, etc. a toilet with a shower. We can use the Internet without any problems on the premises. The plot with an area of about 900 m is fully fenced, the usable area of the house is 65 m. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house as well as in the sauna and jacuzzi, and the use of open fire in the form of candles, incense sticks, etc. We do not organize hen, stag or youth events. Guests should bring towels and bathrobes.

The price per night for 4 people in the high season from 24.06-30.08 is PLN 450,
The off-season price for 4 people from 31.08-23.06 is PLN 400.
The minimum rental period is 5 days in the high season.
Additional person PLN 70. day. after prior agreement with the owner.
New Year's Eve, Christmas, May weekend price to be agreed

Additional fees

Payment for electricity according to actual consumption (meter reading).
Full and correct segregation of waste (garbage) is required
In the absence of (incorrect) segregation, the fee is PLN 50 for a 120l container.
Firewood PLN 25/box
For possible damage or physical destruction of the equipment of the house, sauna, jacuzzi - the costs of repair or replacement are borne by the Lessee according to current prices.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- advance payment of 20% (deposit / deposit is a guarantee of the rental), the rest of the payment upon arrival, after handing over the keys.

- refundable deposit PLN 500 after taking into account possible losses, electricity bills transferred to the account on the day of booking
- return of the deposit 1-2 days after departure, taking into account possible losses, uncleaned house
- we deduct from the deposit for scattered cigarette butts and unreported stay of additional people
- PLN 150 final cleaning of the house, property, sauna - unless the tenant cleans himself
- towels, own bathrobes
- no smoking in the cottage
- stay of additional people only after agreement
- cleaning products to start
