The house is located in a picturesque tourist village in Rąty near Ostrzyce, near the Ostrzyckie Lake and the Wieżyca peak. We offer accommodation in 5 double and 4-person rooms, there is a maximum of 12 beds. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, TV lounge, comfortable sofas and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, dishes and everything you need to prepare meals. The living room offers a beautiful view of the forests of the Kashubian Landscape Park. This part opens onto a comfortable and covered terrace of 60 m² with patio furniture. The lower bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms and a toilet room. One bedroom has a large comfortable bed with a sleeping area of 180x200 cm with wardrobes and a comfortable armchair. The second room has a comfortable fold-out sofa and a set of furniture. In the part on the first floor, apart from the bathroom, there are 3 rooms. One bedroom can be for 4 people, there are 2 beds: 1-person with an area of 160x200 cm sleeping area and a 2-seater fold-out sofa. The other rooms are equipped with 2-person beds with an area of sleeping 160/200 cm. On this level there is a bathing salon with an area of approx. 15 m² with shower cubicle and bathtub. The house is also equipped with: a hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, iron, portable grill, coffee machine for TCHIBO capsules, mixer, blender, ironing board, mini tower.There are spaces for parking 4 cars on the premises and for the youngest there is a trampoline, sandpit, children's house, hammock, deckchairs. The facility is a year-round house, central heating with floor heating will make it possible to spend time comfortably. The plot is located in a quiet corner of the village. There is peace and quiet here. A set of bedding, towels, chemicals for the kitchen and bathroom, one allocation of wood for the fireplace. Heating, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the price. We would like to inform you that for the peaceful rest of all guests and their children, we do not accept pets.
